The Space:

Morning light spills across the skyline as you step out onto the lanai, trade winds drifting in over the city while mountain ridgelines hold steady on the horizon. This high-floor Waikiki condo puts you above the buzz of the street - close enough to walk to the beach, far enough up to feel the quiet. It is the kind of place where the pace slows naturally, and the view reminds you exactly where you are.



Living space

The entire unit is set on a high floor, with large windows drawing in natural light and framing city skyline and mountain views throughout the day. The living area is comfortable and functional, with a sofa bed, a 55" HDTV with cable, and fast wifi at 225 Mbps - reliable enough for 4K streaming and video calls on multiple devices. A window AC unit keeps the space cool, and an ethernet connection is available for those who need a more stable connection. The layout flows easily from living to dining to kitchen, making the whole unit feel open and relaxed.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding panel door, giving you privacy while keeping the space connected. A king bed anchors the room, dressed in cotton linens with room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and a closet for storage. The sofa bed in the living area accommodates additional guests, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 4.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking - a Whirlpool refrigerator, Frigidaire stainless steel electric stove and single oven, microwave, freezer, and a strong lineup of appliances including a Keurig coffee machine, hot water kettle, blender, rice maker, and toaster. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, chopsticks, wine glasses, and a baking sheet are all provided. A dining table sits nearby, and coffee is included to get your mornings started without a trip out the door.



Bathroom

The bathroom features a walk-in shower with hot water, and comes stocked with Essentiel Elements Bathe shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, plus shower gel, a hair dryer, and cleaning products. Fresh towels and linens are provided for every stay.



Outdoor living

Step out onto the private patio or balcony - furnished with outdoor seating and an outdoor dining area - to take in the open city and mountain views. A BBQ grill and sun loungers are available for those who want to make the most of the outdoor space. Beach essentials are also provided, including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear, so you can head to the water without the extra gear run.



Building features & access

The building has an elevator, free parking garage access for one vehicle, and an EV charger (Level 2, 220V) on premises. Entry is easy with self check-in via keypad, and the home is single level with no internal stairs. Paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building for longer stays. An outdoor playground is also on site. The building offers shared beach access and free resort access for guests.



Location

Situated in Waikiki, the condo puts you within easy reach of the beach, dining, shopping, and Kapiolani Park. Shared beach access is available, and the central location makes it simple to explore the neighborhood on foot while still having a quiet, elevated base to come back to. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

We had a fantastic stay at this Honolulu vacation property and would absolutely recommend it. The location was perfect—just two blocks from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean. We even had a view of the beach right from the kitchen window.The unit itself was very clean and well-maintained, and the bed was especially comfortable. We really appreciated the extra space as well—it made the stay feel much more comfortable.The kitchen was impressively well stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals, which added a lot of convenience to our trip. The pool is still not re-opened as it is currently being updated, but it is expected to be completed by the end of April 2026.All in all, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider coming back in the future

Blue Sky Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this renovated condo. Starter supplies were available to us, which helped a lot. The management team were quick to report to building maintenance to clean or try to clean up smells coming from the trash room. The condo is also right next to the laundry room. We stayed 7 days and slightly heard 3 times when the laundry machine was in use. Guests should be aware. Overall, for Waikiki location this condo was comfortable and clean.
