This inexpensive 2-bedroom condo is located in the hear of Sosua, on the main strip (Pedro Clisante road), steps from all Sosua entertainment, bars, restaurants, stores, pharmacies, clubs, gyms, etc.

This condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay:
- 2 bedrooms: there is a twin bed in the ground floor, and a queen size bed upstairs, on the mezzanine.
- 1 bathroom

The maximum occupancy is 3 adults, although a small kid could also sleep in the living room sofa.

All charges are included, also electricity and cleanings every two days.

Everything was perfect

Nothing to complain about. Nice rooms, nice property. Safe. The guards were very friendly, and the hosts were helpful. Would go back without any question.

Nice and Quiet

I had a peaceful stay here, was a 3 minute walk to the beach and down the road from all the restaurant and bars. I'll definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at garden condo's, it was a safe and secure location. fabio provided everything we needed and more he was an excellent host. The condo location was walking distance to all the night clubs. I would recommend it to all bachelor's visiting sosua..
