We can be reached via your booking, by email and/or telephone at any point during your stay. Please note that we respond quickly during regular waking hours (6:00 am to 10:00pm). After these hours, we will respond the following day as early as possible.


Other details to note
Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) allowing for uninterrupted internet connection in the event of an electricity outage.

In the event of an interruption in electricity you'll need to manually reset the hot water heater which is location above the washer and dryer. The surge protectors for the washer/dryer and microwave plugs will reset 3 minutes after a power outage.

We've tried to think of everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us. We even have a few essentials on hand if you happen to have forgotten something.
