All guests will be asked to provide their email, and Sunset Luxury Properties will email you the Reservation Confirmation, which contains a link to confirm your reservation and agree to our Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions. Just so you know, the agreement must be e-signed within 72 hours of your reservation being paid in full.
Once this is completed, your guest portal will be available to access and includes information about check-in, the rental, including address & more! Door codes will appear in the guest portal at 4:00 pm on the day of check-in.

Essential Things to know:
After your reservation is booked, you will be provided a link to our Guest Portal to confirm your reservation. Here you provide all contact information, add your additional guests, upload a photo of you holding your ID and agree to our terms and conditions. You will have 72 hours to complete your confirmation. Failure to complete this within 72 hours of booking may result in cancellation of your reservation.

1) WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS or CHECKS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX only.
2) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction.
3) MUST be 25 years of age or older to rent. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at home for the Rental Period.

STARTER SUPPLIES
We supply the following items for your reservation; 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish soap, 3 dish pods and 1 sponge per kitchen. 3 laundry pods per w/d set, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 bar hand soap per sink. All bed and bath linens are provided along with beach towels. Guests are responsible for bringing/purchasing additional items if needed.

PAYMENT TERMS
We require 50% of the rental total to be paid at time of booking. The remaining 50% payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
If you are booking within 60 days of arrival, 100% of the rental total is due at the time of booking.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests who cancel their reservation 60 days or more prior to the check-in day and are paid in full, will received a 50% refund of the rental total.
Guests who cancel their reservation 60 days or more prior to the check-in day and only 50% of the rental has been paid, they will receive NO refund.
Guests who cancel their reservation 59 days or less prior to the check-in day will receive NO refund.

From Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) – Approx. 35 minutes
Exit the airport and take FL-388 W to FL-79 S.
Turn left onto US-98 E and continue for about 15 miles.
Turn right onto S Watersound Parkway, then left onto Scenic Highway 30A.
Drive about 2 miles, then turn left into Prominence 30A. Follow E. Milestone Drive to the property.

From Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) – Approx. 1 hour
Take FL-85 S to US-98 E.
Continue on US-98 E for about 40 miles.
Turn right onto S Watersound Parkway, then left onto Scenic Highway 30A.
Drive about 2 miles, then turn left into Prominence 30A. Follow E. Milestone Drive to the property.

Family getaway

It was as described and perfect. Beach towels were included and that was a plus. It was well stocked with cooking utensils. Loved the location and proximity to everything!

Just Right

We've stayed in several of the condos in Prominence and this one was just right for what we needed. My college age daughters and I will back. The bikes were great--much better than typical. Might consider adding two more so that families can ride together. Bed in the master is awesome--I might have waived goodbye to it.
