Good size rooms, comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with good shower. Kitchen needs a few more essentials... mixing bowls, glasses, strainer, pot holders. Overall great rental.
Very clean. Easy check-in and had everything we needed.

The place looks very nice and appears to be a newer place. The home was clean and well appointed and although there were other rentals and r.v.’s close to us, the place was very quiet and peaceful. The only problem we had was trying to watch some television. Everything we tried required a subscription and when we tried watching something on Prime (because we do have a Prime account) we couldn’t sign into our account. Every time we clicked on Sign In, we were immediately sent back to the home page and we were not signed in. We contacted Kyle but didn’t get a response for a little while. In that time, we just decided to give up trying and went to bed instead. Also, it would be good to have blinds or shades on the bedroom windows. There was a sheer curtain over the windows but they did not provide privacy especially at night with lights on and we had neighbors relatively close. We ended up draping a light-weight blanket over the windows to give us some privacy.
Our stay was great. The cabin was clean and spacious. Kyle is a great host and his communications are wonderful! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need if you would like to cook. Do not hesitate to book a stay here! The 3 stars were for the National Park (government shut down and no flag was flying- not the cabin)!
We had a wonderful stay here at the Wild Horse Cabin! Great location for visiting Medora and the surrounding National Parks.Kyle provided excellent communication in regards to our reservation, property details, and tourist information. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely choose to stay here again and recommend to others.

The cabin was very clean and well equipped with things we could need. Just had to go to the store for some ice, no trays in the freezer but that easy enough!
Property was very clean. Bedding and Curtains could be updated as mentioned in previous reviews. Property is pretty isolated if you are looking for things to do besides visiting the national park. The town stores were empty which is too bad. We did enjoy a nice dinner in the bar/restaurant in the town.
Great cabin. Very clean and everything is as described. Very comfortable bed. Would have rated 5 star except for the bedroom curtains. There needs to be heavier curtains or blinds. The curtains are sheer and see through. No privacy. At least the neighbors were not there!
This property is clean, updated and very quiet. It has everything you need . We visited nearby Theodore Roosevelt Park and drove the Enchated Highway. Both are nearby.
we enjoyed our stay there was brand new two bedrooms plus a pullout couch in the dining room/living room. Brand new washer and dryer kitchen was well stocked with coffee plates, dishes, and cookware. We’re all first class. Air conditioning worked well and we had a very pleasant tonight. It’s really very close to Madora so a great place to stay without having to travel in town.
A new building, everything was in like new condition, and the cabin was very clean. The curtains needed replacement as they were very thin letting sunshine on the TV. If you are A drinker of coffee, I would recommend bringing your own.A pleasant place to stay.
This is a single wide mobile or modular home, new in 2024, very clean, the deck on the front was our hang out in the evenings, we enjoyed people watching and listening to the church music from there, although things are clean and new the unit could use a few more things-a cheap hair dryer in the bathroom, some kitchen supplies like measuring cups, mixing/serving bowls and a colander, the beds need a piece of plywood under the mattresses, the mattresses would be very comfortable but they sit on a metal frame with bars so you have a choice of sleeping in between the bars in a trough or across a bar, curtains in the bedrooms are too thin and see through letting a lot of light in, overall we were glad to have found the place and happy they allowed our two small dogs.Make sure to eat at the Trappers Kettle while in town.
I was a bit worried about renting a place with no reviews, but since the host had good reviews on other properties decided to take the chance. So glad we did, as this made a wonderful stop for my son and I on on our cross country road trip after several nights in cheap highway motels. The place is brand new and comfortably furnished. It is in an RV campground which was super quiet except for fireworks in the neighborhood at night (we were there right around July 4). The kitchen has the basics but could have been better equipped (I wanted to bake something in the oven and there were no baking dishes). Easy to get to both entrances to Theodore Roosevelt National Park and convenience stores, gas and a restaurant nearby. Recommend!

Floors under beds and living room carpet were dirty with debris. Curtains did not fully cover windows. Upon checking in the door lock did not function properly. A code was not needed to unlock the door. I sent owner a message and it took awhile to reply. Asked for a key so we could lock the door which was left on outside porch on door sill plate for anyone to use. It was the wrong key. Eventually the lock was reprogrammed. This was a problem for us due to all our gear and some guns we had to leave behind when going hunting. It took 3-days for the lock to be fixed. This and slow / no response was very frustrating. Mattresses were not comfortable. Smaller bedroom mattress was thin enough you could feel metal frame underneath. Overall, I would recommend staying here as it is a newer trailer and stocked as described.
The property was easy to find. Some dust bunnies were found in the master closet but overall the place was clean. The floors were slippery but fine for walking. Our 3 yr old loved them :). The kitchen had a few utensils, but no can opener - only a bottle opener. No sheet pans or baking dishes. The town has a Dollar General, but closest actual grocery store is in Dickinson. We loved out neighbors - a field of cows and the other trailers and buildings. Lots of space between. Master bedroom has dark curtains, but the bedroom facing sunrise has light ones so the morning sun is very bright. The front porch was a favorite place for my teenagers to sit and write, talk, and eat. Only suggestions I have for the place would be some lamps. The overhead light in the kitchen and bedrooms is very bright, but the living room and bedrooms would use some softer light. Also a bug light/zapper on the porch and possibly a screen door there. At evening/night, going out meant a lot of bugs coming in no matter how fast the door closed.
Overall - we really enjoyed the space with 3 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 kids. We were able to relax. The bonus was the washer and dryer. It was cool while there and we did not bring enough warmer clothes.
