We LOVED this property. It was less than 5 mins to the park, it fit our family of 5 comfortably, and it was a perfect space for us to spend some down time during the heat.

Beautiful cabin! So clean and cozy and welcoming! Very much a highlight of our trip! The owner was so sweet and friendly!
This is the perfect location and cabin like home. It accommodated all our needs during our stay, was very clean and is within walking distance to everything downtown Medora. The Maah Daah Hey Trail did not disappoint and is within a short driving distance as are the Horseback Riding Stables and more! I recommend this sweet cabin!
We wanted a place for a few days that was not a hotel. This worked well for our 3 night stay.
It was nice to be a block or two away from the traffic on the main road in town.
We would stay again.
Great location, perfect for our family of 5 to explore Medora! Easy check in and well stocked house--plenty of towels and nice bed linens. We ate out in town most of our meals, but it was nice to have cups and silverware for left overs and morning tea/coffee. The ladder up to the loft is straight up, but no problem for the kids. Easy 10-15 minute walk to downtown attractions. Large yard in the back with tables and BBQs we didn't use, but were tempted if the weather had been a bit cooler.A great place to stay for a family!

Beautiful local cabin
The cabin was perfect for the six of us for a bachelorette party. The cabin was accommodating and had everything necessary to cook or grill out. It was a short walking distance away from the shops in the town. Would love to stay again!
Stayed here with niece and her family when in Medora to explore Theodore Roosevelt National Park and cute town of Medora. Perfect location to walk to so many places in town and even the National Park Visitors Center. The kids loved the loft and the fun stairs to get to it…just like Teddy Roosevelt’s cabin. Enjoyed sitting on porch and eating outside at the covered patio area.
Not many places to stay in Medora, but this place did the job. Expensive, but a good location. Walking distance to point to point park which was favorite for our family.
The cabin was very clean. It was very cozy but fit us perfectly. The ladder to the loft was a little intimidating, but was ok for my adult children.

TRNP Stay
This home was very convenient to the town and the park. It was great having a washer and dryer since we were on a long road trip. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of room for the two of us. The porch was a nice addition but since is faced West, it was too hot in the afternoon.
Great place for a few nights. Glad primary bedroom is on main level. (Twin bed room in loft access is via a ladder. Great for kids. Seems like fun & spacious.)
Fridge/freezer is on the small side, particularly thr freezer.
Beautiful decor! Loved the porch.
Quiet neighbourhood. Easy walk to town.
Highly recommend.
Very convenient to town and the park. Very clean upon arrival. Everything was as advertised. The one downsize was that the front porch was unusable in the evening because of the direct exposure to the sun. It was blinding out there.

Great little cabin
Great little cabin! Was fantastic to sit out on front porch at night to visit.
A couple things would have been handy to have. Only had a mini fridge with tiny freezer. Would have been nice to have bigger freezer option. Also a coat tree at entrance to hang purses and sweatshirt up to help organize.

Nice place
Very convenient for access to south unit TRNP! Clean and comfortable. Teen boys had fun going up to loft to sleep. Mini fridge did its job except the freezer part could've been better. Had a little trouble getting all my ice packs frozen but we made due. Everything else was great!
Everyone in my family (1 sister, 4 nephews, my brother-in-law) and I were very very happy with this cabin (the Maltese Ranch Cabin). We split the cost, and it was a happy price for all - especially with all the amenities! My parents adored it and wished that they had gotten something like it. It was a charming place with a rustic touch, yet with lots of space and options for everyone to sit and sleep, and with all the comforts of a home. The back yard with 2 tables and huge grills were great! We were even able to eat out there when it was sprinkling out, with the wonderful huge canopy-like structure built right over the tables and grills. The owner was easy to contact and was very kind. Initially, the main reason we even got the cabin was because we decided to go on a trip on a whim; thus we were kind of late with the planning, so we just had to grab this cabin last minute, when we realized nothing else was left during our trip dates. I was really worried about it being a last resort. As it turned out, we really lucked out. We couldn't have found a nicer place!

Not clean!
Found dirty panty liner in bedroom garbage. Towels were old and probably not washed in quite some time given the Febreeze sitting next to them. Dirty dog bed under master bed, including dog food in trunk next to bed. Night side table had loose used toothbrush, toothpaste and 1 flosser just laying in the drawer. Disgusting. All decor was dirty/dusty. Paper towel had maybe 2 turns left on it, no replacement provided. Kitchen garbage was disgustingly dirty once we took out our garbage, then we could see it.
I did not contact the property manager since we had already unloaded all our belongings and didn’t want anyone coming in during our stay to properly clean.
I’d never recommend this place. I was so excited about this being a replica of Teddy Roosevelt’s cabin and expected a rustic cabin but I did not expect it to be dirty and gross! The fact that I paid so much per night blows my mind. Terribly overpriced for what we got!!
We love the town of Medora and the Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The cabin was clean and decorated nicely. I did try to contact the host, but did not receive a response. The A/C was leaking onto the sofa--we covered sofa with plastic and a towel when we needed to use the A/C. I hope it is checked so it does not cause any long-term damage. We would stay here again. It was a perfect location.
