Helpful Hints:
Cars are recommended for attractions outside of the strip. This is a non-smoking resort with designated outdoor smoking areas.
Please note that some amenities are made available on a seasonal basis and at an additional charge.
Top shows and restaurants book fast: get tickets/reservations at least 10 weeks prior to arrival.
The resort is a mile from the strip. The shuttle runs from 9am - 9:30pm, at the top of every hour, and goes to Harrah's and back.
The pools at Tower 1 and Tower 2 are open from 8am - 9pm and the pool at Tower 3 is open 24-7. The on-site tiki bar is open during the week from 11am - 7pm and on the weekends from 9am - 7pm.
The closest shops are going to be Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood.

As is expected at a traditional resort, all suites are assigned at check-in. While the photos are accurate in representing the floor plan, furnishings and finishes of the condo, the location on the property, floor and view will differ.
As this is a timeshare property, you may be offered the opportunity to attend a vacation ownership meeting or timeshare tour. They may offer an incentive of free shows or gift certificates for restaurants. As our guest, you are in no way obligated to attend these meetings. Please be aware that any fees or costs associated with your voluntary participation is at your sole discretion and responsibility.
Please communicate the name and address as it appears on the photo ID of the (1) person who will be handling check-in at the time of booking. This is a requirement of the resort and helps to offer a secure and convenient check in experience for our guests. Please consider arrival plans so that whoever arrives first is able to gain access to the suite. The resort does charge $99 to change this information once it's been registered and the final confirmation has been sent.
The resort does their very best to ensure the suites are ready for check-in by 4 pm or earlier. However, sometimes housekeeping delays do occur. In these instances, the resort is happy to complete the check-in paperwork and store your luggage so you can relax and begin using the amenities. We are not able to offer compensation or refunds related to check-in delays.
