Enjoy sitting by the pellet stove and watching the big screen tv or sit on the large wrap around deck in front of the stone fire pit and BBQ your favorite meal. Beautiful kitchen for entertaining with all amenities included. Drink the delicious fresh spring water !
Sleep peacefully in the comfortable beds, quiet rooms and enjoy the balcony off the master bedroom. Plenty of bathroom space with full bathrooms on each floor! You will love the tile shower with spa shower panel!

Cozy cottage

My friend and I spent a relaxing weekend here, and it couldn't have been more serene and perfect. The host was very responsive and helpful, and the property is wonderful.

Clean and relaxing

We visited for a weekend to spend time with family. The area is very quiet and relaxing. You can hear the nearby stream after it rains. The house has everything you need, beds are comfortable, and it’s clean.

We make a trip to this part of NY every Fall to visit with family, and this has been our favorite house so far! Cute and cozy, had everything we needed and more. The kids love the hot tub, and the dog loved the big back yard. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. It is close to the road and there was a lot of traffic during our stay, cars flying down the street all hours of the night, but we still had plenty of space and privacy and enjoyed every minute of the stay! Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

Cozy and Comfortable

We loved our weekend away to attend our son’s graduation from Alfred State! The property was so inviting and had everything we needed for our family and grandparents to enjoy this milestone for our son. The location was very convenient being so close to the college. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. The big deck with the hot tub was a nice spot to hang out and have a cup of coffee or soak in the beauty of the outdoors. The owners very easy to contact and we had no issues at all during our stay. We hope to come again as we have our third son attending Alfred in the fall! Lovely home away from home!

Alfred University Graduation

It was very convenient to go back and forth to the University. Well stocked with kitchen utensils and bedding. We would have liked more instructions to heaters . It turned cold while we were there. Also a second key so you could take one and leave one in the outside key box. We would stay again and the owner was available to talk too.

5 Star Service and Comfort

Christa, the home owner, will provide you 5 star customer service. We had a couple of questions and she was immediately responding with answers. She has also made her house a beautiful, comfortable home. From the cozy couches, comfortable bed and the open floor plan, we felt right at home. In fact, your kids and pet will have plenty of room to run and play in the backyard. I highly recommend if you’re coming to NY, and need some R and R, STOP surfing the web and just book it. You won’t be disappointed.
