This 3rd-floor gem offers a cozy yet spacious retreat, perfect for solo travelers or couples. With a luxurious Queen size bed, rest assured you'll enjoy a restful night's sleep. Need to look sharp? We've got you covered with an iron board and iron.

Our meticulously curated space features a GE all-in-one washer/Dryer, 2-burner cooktop stove, and a convenient convention microwave, ensuring your comfort and convenience during your stay. Rest assured, we've got everything you need to whip up a delightful meal or simply relax and enjoy your stay.

After dinner, unwind with a movie on our couch that pulls out to a sleeper so you can relax or sleep. From fresh towels to basic toiletries, we've thought of everything to make your stay comfortable.

But be warned: our Charming Manchester Retreat is so inviting, you might be tempted to stay forever. Just kidding! (Well, kind of.)

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Garbage days Monday. Place trash out if leaving on a Sunday or early Monday morning.
Take all trash and lock up, close any open windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking inside Is prohibited and its a $300 OZONE CLEANING FEE. No underage drinking or smoking marijuana or its a "friendly" $500 fine.
Unapproved late checkouts – $50 an hour, in 60-minute installments, with a max of 2 hours. Anything later, will incur an additional $250 fee.
**Mail Matters:** Need something mailed back? It's like a virtual treasure hunt, but it costs $35 plus shipping.

Great apartment in Manchester

The space was VERY nice. Everything was clean and comfortable for our 2 nights there. Close to great restaurants and brewery (HIGHLY recommend Silk City Coffee and Urban Lodge). Karl was very responsive and accommodating!

We were very happy with our stay! The host was very responsive to any questions and the place was clean and newly remodeled. The space is small but was perfect for our needs. I would caution that this space requires several sets of stairs - it's essentially an apartment in the attic of this house. This may be something to consider if you have any health issues.

Great 3rd floor apt. very close to downtown Manchester! Great updated apt. with kitchen, living room/TV area w/ sofa bed and hardwood floors throughout. The shower is spa quality with several features. Th, host Karl is very communicative and attentive. Easy .3 walk to several bars, restaurants, coffee shop & more! Highly recommend you stay here! Full time I’m actually a firefighter, and I'm always happy to help my guests with anything they need to make their stay as enjoyable as possible.

I've put a lot of effort into making it the perfect home away from home, and I can't wait to share it with you.

Why they chose this property

I choose this neighborhood to have these fantastic rentals available because they are a short walk to most everything on Main Street especially if you don't have a car. There's a fantastic coffee shop and brewery with kitchen just down the street on Birch. It really gives you that city vibe feel and you can walk up and down Main Street to see all the great businesses.

What makes this property unique

I have ample parking, surround by LED lighting on the exterior. These units are each a whole floor to yourself in a private apartment. They do share a common hallway to access each unit. However this is one of the cleanest buildings on the block with the nicest size property.
