This unit is one of two units available at a duplex situated on 5 acres. With 10 foot ceilings this one bedroom feels so much bigger! It offers a walk in tile shower, King bed and Queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen with Quartz countertops, KitchenAid appliances, and includes full size stacked washer/dryer. We think you will love it here!

Turn off the lights
Please leave the unit as clean as you found it! Any extra cleaning other than changing the bed and sanitizing the bathroom will result in a $50/hour cleaning fee.
Wipe down the counters, stove, or any areas used. Load and start the dishwasher. Clean the sink if used.
Sweep or vacuum as needed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no parties or gatherings of any kind or extra guests not listed during booking unless discussed/approved by host prior to arrival.
The unit must be left as clean as it was found. Any cleaning beyond changing the bed and sanitizing the bathroom will result in a minimum $50 fee.
Any additional guests that are approved by Host prior to arriving will be charged $50 person.
