This fantastic unit is in the heart of some great restaurants and within 1 block of ISU campus! Enter the unit through a private hot tub/deck/patio area. The unit is equipped to allow entry via code which will be provided shortly prior to your stay. The unit features a full kitchen, large living room with plush seating and a big screen television. Fast internet speeds. A large master bedroom with King size bed, ample storage in the closet, a laundry room is inside the master bedroom suite, along with a large bathroom. The second bedroom features twin bunk beds. Note this is a ground floor unit- an upper unit may be occupied.

Pocatello Spring Break

We had a great experience at this rental. It was a good location close to the freeway to get to Lava Hot Springs; walking distance to Idaho State University, several restaurants, and the Museum of Clean. The hot tub added a lot to our vacation Very clean and well stocked!

Loved the hot tub and privacy fence.

We spent a few days visiting my mother. The apartment unit worked out great. Although the bunk bed mattress was very hard. I suppose younger children might not have an issue. But between the mattress and traffic, after the first night, I shared the kig bed with my niece for our remaining stay. It was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub each evening after working in my mother's yard.

We are two friends who grew up to have families and decided to become business partners. We enjoy loving on old homes and renting them out to guests, and using them for our vacations as well. One of our favorite activities to do in Pocatello is the nearby rock climbing that is available at Ross Park.

We liked the proximity to the schools and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

This is a very walkable location. Multiple restaurants are within a block of this property. Having a full service space is great for long term or short term stays and in Idaho a hot tub is fantastic after a long day!
