Great, clean, cozy space that was just five minutes from basically everything, including the people we were visiting! We especially enjoyed the strong AC during the heat, and we also really appreciated the kitchen being stocked with everything we needed to cook meals (except the food of course - we brought that!).

The laundry room is a huge plus. The kitchen has nearly everything you would need or want. Happy that it is close to the college.

Love that laundry was available since had college kid that needed some laundry done. The kitchen had a good assortment of dishes and pots which made it easy to fix dinners.

A great place for a quick stay

If you need a place for an ISU event, this is a great place. It is clean, roomy, and has all you need. It is a bit challenging to get in and out of the driveway, but we had large vehicles. Overall, it is worth staying here and we may do so in the future as well. Go Bengals!

Cozy and Convenient

This cute little house was close to everything. Don’t have to go far for any conveniences. This cute little house had lots of little extra amenities which we really appreciated. Nail clippers Emery boards, an extra toothbrush if you forgot, one dental floss, little treats on the counter, etc.. My mother was unable to attend. and we was able to bring my young granddaughter. They had the cutest little kitchen with dishes and extra toys, and books, which made her stay wonderful. She did not want to leave. Beds were comfortable. 1 Queen, 1 Full and 1 twin bed. The couch was a pull out. Although we did not pull it out and choose to sleep on it. Could have used a few extra chairs in the dining area. There was extra seating at the island in the kitchen. Was unable to connect to the WiFi. Not that we needed it. Ended up just watching a movie. Some good choices as well. Host was great to reply to messages sent. Did not go outside due to the very cold weather. Heater kept the house very warm. Did use the washer and dryer. Grateful for that amenity. I would stay there again. Thank you.

Marolyn, Thank you for your detailed review. Sorry the wifi was not working during your stay. Glad the granddaughter had fun. And we were so glad you let us know when you were out. Thank you for the fun surprise of chocolate Christmas tree. Safe Travels ~Yvette
