My wife and myself live outside Seattle, Wa We love to come down to Arizona and enjoy the weather and what the local area has to offer; hiking, biking, swimming, 4x4'n in the hills or desert.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is very quiet and the people are very friendly, always offering up a hand if needed. The local area is great for walking, hiking, biking, and just getting out to enjoy the scenery and relax.
What makes this property unique
All completely remodeled and all new landscaping that is in a private courtyard with an awesome view of Mt Lemmon. Access to pool (not heated) and hot tub year round.
