The Boathouse on Lake Wawasee. This cozy little updated lake house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Come enjoy the quiet channel life. Rent our Bennington pontoon boat and go have fun on the water and at the sandbar! There is a dock, custom flagstone outdoor patio, new Weber gas grill and a fire table. This cottage offers fantastic views. There is also a gazebo located down by the dock for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. We are dog friendly but do require a $150 pet deposit.

The property is very nice. Its very calm and peaceful . We had a very enjoyabe stay. Coming from Arizona it was a great trip for my teen grand children. We rented the pontoon and went to the sandbar. The kids loved the kayaks. They saw squirrels, rabbits and deer. Everone had there space and we were very comfortable. No problems. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
