Enjoy the Resorts restaurant, poolside bar, Live music, 2 pools, Pickleball/Tennis/Basketball courts, weight room, sauna, driving range and golf course! Around the corner is the beach and
marina and only approximately 20 minutes to IU stadiums!

Unwind on the deck with a “Winter water view” of the lake. The woods will challenge your view
during summer, but the birds, squirrels and deer will keep you entertained.
Our home features a full kitchen, laundry facilities, Free WiFi, private deck space and is bursting
a cheerful lake theme. We have worked hard to make our home a welcoming and relaxing
space for our guests, and we hope that you will feel right at home during your stay.
Our condo is located in a wonderful Golf resort FULL of amenities and just a very short distance
from Fourwinds Inn with a beach and Marina, Eagle Point Restaurant and approximately 20 minutes to Indiana University Football/Basketball Stadiums. We are
happy to provide recommendations for things to see and do during your stay, for example :

side of Bloomington Indiana. Our 1 Bedroom 1 Bath with open Loft condo (2 Queens 2 Twins) is
perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient place
to stay.
Our home features a full kitchen, laundry facilities, Free WiFi, private deck space and is bursting

A friend & I stayed here 2 nights while visiting another friend who lives nearby. The accommodation was very comfortable & quiet. The condo was just as pictured. We encountered absolutely no issues.I recommend & hope to return!

A Great Place for our family

We enjoyed the close proximity to family in the area, and we had everything we needed during our stay. I really appreciated the extra touches like providing kcups for the Keurig. Our family of 4 enjoyed having our own space to relax in during our Thanksgiving visit.

IU Tailgate Weekend

We loved staying at Denise's property! The condo was beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. She had left us some welcome gifts and communication was excellent. We did not want for anything. I would totally recommend this condo!

IU Football Game

Very picturesque location, especially in fall with leaves changing. Unit was as billed and appreciated the Welcome basket. Entry process slightly confusing with entry gates and expiring QR codes but fine once you had a handle on it. Host was very responsive. A little far from campus but not too bad. Overall, a great stay.

Fantastic stay in Bloomington

We had an amazing time at this lakefront property! The home was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel cozy and welcoming. The host was excellent with communication, providing clear instructions and always available if we needed anything. The location on the golf course was perfect for both relaxation and fun. The property offered great amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether it was lounging by the water or enjoying a round of golf, there was something for everyone. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained getaway in Bloomington!

Stay at Eagles Point

Very nice small condo. Only issue we had were the stairs. You have to go down some from parking and then up 13 to condo. Ok for younger. A bit hard for elders. But all in all it was a nice comfy quiet condo.

Small but had everything you need

Small kitchen and bath. Sleeps 6 but hard for 6 to sit and watch tv. Parking was not great. Couldn't use the deck because of cobwebs. Condo needed deep cleaning.
