Excellent location for enjoying the Phoenix Area. Only 25 minute drive to Airport. Very quiet Condo complex and this Second Floor Unit is spacious with nice beds, furniture, and appliances

Everything we needed and great central location

Marcia was a gracious host and the condo had all we needed. Pool is just down the stairs and quite clean, nice and warm. Hot tub perfect for soak after long days adventuring.

Family vacation

I stayed with my 2 teenage boys and had a great stay, didn’t want to leave! We were able to escape the Alberta cold weather and it was awesome. Location was great, close to the NBA and NHL arenas. Can’t wait to come again for a visit.

Marcia is a phenomenal host and her North Phoenix condo was the perfect location for our needs as we transitioned our daughters to college at GCU. I was most impressed at how well the condo was stocked. Need a ziplock baggie? It’s there, all the spices, plenty of cookware, beach towels for the pool. The list goes on. We appreciated Marcia’s top-notch communication as well as the fact that the pool was steps from the unit. Would 100 percent stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The location and amenities were as described and the place was a nice and quite and clean. the communication with Marcia was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here and when we return to the Phoenix area we will certain check this place out if the location is close to were we want to be.

Fabulous condo!

We loved this condo! Clean and comfortable with everything we could have asked for! Quiet complex and almost private pool area! Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with luxury towels! We stayed for five days and enjoyed it! So many thoughtful touches by the host! Thanks!

Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing

The condo is nicely decorated and well stocked with anything/ everything you may need. The views from the balcony are great and the condo is located across from the pool. The entire complex is very beautiful and in a great location with easy access to many restaurants, hiking, sight seeing, etc. The complex was very quiet and peaceful, making our stay very relaxing. The owners that live there that we met were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect for Family and Friends

My family and I rented 2 units for a holiday reunion and I was not disappointed. The complex has 3 pools, tennis/pickleball court and is located at the base of the Pointe Tapatio Hilton hotel. Marcia’s unit was beautifully appointed and looked very recently renovated. She was very responsive before I arrived and is a wonderful VRBO host. Highly recommend!
