Marcia is a phenomenal host and her North Phoenix condo was the perfect location for our needs as we transitioned our daughters to college at GCU. I was most impressed at how well the condo was stocked. Need a ziplock baggie? It’s there, all the spices, plenty of cookware, beach towels for the pool. The list goes on. We appreciated Marcia’s top-notch communication as well as the fact that the pool was steps from the unit. Would 100 percent stay here again!

Nice and comfortable furniture and bedroom, walk out the door and down the stairs and the pool and grills are right there.

Everything we needed and great central location

Marcia was a gracious host and the condo had all we needed. Pool is just down the stairs and quite clean, nice and warm. Hot tub perfect for soak after long days adventuring.

Great attention to details.

Beautiful condo. Close to the Pool & Hot tub. Handicap parking was available. Attention to detail. Coffee & water bottles were avail. Some nice soaps & detergent & dishwasher soap. Plenty of towels & linens. Marcia was easy to reach for anything. Very professional. Thanks.

My family really liked staying here. It had everything they needed, was well-decorated, clean, comfortable, and spacious. We would definitely stay here again. Marcia, the host, communicated well and was a kind and gracious host.

Family vacation

I stayed with my 2 teenage boys and had a great stay, didn’t want to leave! We were able to escape the Alberta cold weather and it was awesome. Location was great, close to the NBA and NHL arenas. Can’t wait to come again for a visit.

Well appointed, clean condo that was a great home base for our activities. Near hiking, and my kids loved the heated pool.

Wonderful Condo

Perfect set-up for us & 2 teenage daughters - they had their own bedroom (2 beds) & bathroom. Huge complex - bit hard to find the unit if you get there after dark. Just a great space all around. Loved the pool area & the balcony. Tons of closet space to put your luggage away. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Phoenix condo

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. Clean and comfortable for the two of us, and we would stay here again. He said that the HVAC was loud, but he's an HVAC guy so he notices things like that!

Fabulous condo!

We loved this condo! Clean and comfortable with everything we could have asked for! Quiet complex and almost private pool area! Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with luxury towels! We stayed for five days and enjoyed it! So many thoughtful touches by the host! Thanks!

Impeccable condo

Wonderful stay with teen grandchildren! I’ve never seen a cleaner rental. Spotless! Every possible thing you might need has been supplied including board games, puzzles, movies, and every kitchen need known to man. What a lovely job decorating this inviting, beautiful condo. I’ll make this one a favorite for my many trips to PHX.
