This property is a perfect setting for 3-4 people. Quiet neighborhood, the beds were super comfortable, we can’t say that enough about that. The owner Thomas is very responsive to any questions and thought about all the amenities! It’s within perfect distance from so many of the city’s attractions, the Gulch area, to the riverfront, coffee shops and Broadway of course. It was everything we needed and more.

The cottage was as described. Cute and clean had all the amenities we needed. The backyard was just right for our fur babies. There is also a park, that is a block away, so you can take the pups for a walk. The host was very responsive.The master bed was very comfortable!

Cute Weekend Getaway

The house was just as described with off street parking in the back. It was super clean and we really enjoyed the homey touches. Will definitely come back if visiting Nashville again.

Cozy little cottage

The cottage was really cute, stocked with just about everything you could need. We stayed 3 nights. Not walking distance to broadway for old folks like us but that’s ok. The only things the cottage needs is an outdoor bbq but we brought our own just in case… perfect weekend, thank you.

The host was amazing, easy communication.Its a small house, very "Quaint" & clean. Was perfect for myself & husband & doggie. Had all the emenities needed.Fenced in yard was a big plus for our dog.About 2 minutes to Germaintown & 12 minutes to Broadway or Gulch. We just Lyfted everywhere due to the parking expense in Nashville.We drove in from Chicago for the Christmas holiday.You can park in the back yard from the back alley, but we just parked on the street, right in front of the house. Plenty of street parking!!It was a quiet residential area, walked the dog alot, so got the lay of the land. Felt safe, all the neighbors very friendly. Wasn't sure if it might be a little sketchy, but I felt plenty comfortable walking the neighborhood. We had no issues with our entire stay here. Was perfect for us!

Perfect location

This house is great and in a good location. It's less than a mile from the Nashville Farmer's Market and less than a mile from the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecelia Motherhouse. We enjoyed our stay! The house is small (as advertised), but was able to hold our 6 person family. Sleeping 6 may be a bit of false advertising. The couch in the living room does not pull out, the footstool just pushes up next to it. I was able to sleep on it with my small toddler, but I'd be shocked if 2 adults could sleep on it comfortably. The house had ample necessities and was clean. We'd definitely stay again. At least until our family really outgrows it!
