This beautiful property is centrally located in Riggins on Main St. across the street from the Riggins City Park & within walking distance to everything in town, including stores, outfitters, restaurants and bars. Even though we don't have Uber, you can go uptown, enjoy yourself and walk home! It sleeps 22 in two separate locations on the same nearly one-acre property.

The first is a gorgeous multi-level home w/ 5 BR, 3 BA, a fully loaded gourmet kitchen with a spacious open concept LR/DR. The kitchen is complete with a massive central island, pot-filler in the superior GE 48" range with grill, 3 ovens, designer refrigerator and bar with a built-in ice maker. A huge ranch-style extendable wooden table sits in the dining room space. The master BR/BA are upstairs with a huge 2-person soaker tub & lavish shower. The ground floor has 2 BR &1 full BA. The basement has 2 BR and 1 full BA. All BR are sizeable and have queen-size beds with either shelving &/or closet space. There are t.v.s in every bedroom and living room. In addition, there are 2 fenced in yards with 2 giant elm trees for shade out front and a covered deck on the side of the house with lots of outdoor seating for 12.

The second location is in a newly converted shop into a stylish living space, located behind The House. Stairs lead you up to your home away from home w/ 4 BR/3 BA & an open-concept kitchen/living room/dining room. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need for your stay, large and small appliances. There are 3 electric fireplaces throughout, in the living room, master bedroom and guest bath and several ceiling fans throughout. A total of 4 queen & 4 twin beds are in the bedrooms and they all have blackout curtains. Outside downstairs is a seating area for 12.

Both locations have good wi-fi, central H/A & ample parking for cars, boats & trailers. There is a shared outdoor space with a picnic table for 10 and a BBQ in the side yard.
