Chris was a fantastic and attentive host! The fully equipped kitchen and huge backyard were a highlight. We hosted a small wedding gathering here and he helped us organize permissions with the chief of police, and communicated with our tent rental company to make sure the set up worked for us and for his property. I would definitely stay here again!

The host was right there if we needed him with a quick phone call. He was pleasant to talk to him very helpful.Property sits on the edge of Angel Pond with quick access to beach along with easy access if you’d like to kayak.A cute cottage like stay with easy access parking.

Rustic cabin with beautiful view. Sited nicely on the waterfront property so that nearby neighbors were not in the line of sight. After the owner showed me the “secret passageway” long neighborhood lakeside walks were available without having to venture onto the busy road at the beginning of the street. Make sure to bring furniture covers if your pup is a couch potato :-)

Fabulous week! The rental unit is spacious, clean and has everything you need. The upkeep and cleanliness is top notch. Rental is right in the water with a sandy beach which the kids played in all week. A large grassy backyard for kids to play ball. There is a community beach on the other side of the dock with a place to ride bikes and play basketball. All the kids that were using it were very friendly and welcoming. We did have one maintenance issue inside but Chris, property manager, was very responsive and took care of it immediately for us. We loved our stay and will be booking this location again! Highly recommend!

Made the best of it

The stay was nice. There is just a kuireg coffee maker not a regular one. So I bought one then took it home. Grill had no propane, and there is black mold on ceiling in loft area. The well water did not taste good so we bought water. Overall the stay was fine. I believe the beach next to us was public, glad I didn't go during swimming season.Frying pans were dirty, no wine glasses either.

Little Slice of Lakeside Heaven!

We stayed for 3 nights midweek during some gorgeous spring weather with temps in the 70's! Check in/out was a breeze and communication was easy and quick with Chris. The new front deck was a highlight overlooking the lake shore, as well as a couple of ducks that seemed to take up residency nearby. The living area and kitchen was comfortable and suitable for our cooking needs. Big screen had cable which was great! Overall, the place was clean, with homey pine walls and ceilings. Parking was a bit far to lug our stuff in, master bedroom bed was a little lumpy and bathroom could use a little updating, but overall, a lovely place to stay. It might be a more noisy and crowded place mid-summer, but lots of potential for fun in the sun and on the lake. Worked for us and we would stay again.

Great house!!!

We loved this lake house! It was a perfect home base for our Thanksgiving weekend seeing family. It’s clean, everything is in good shape, and it’s well stocked with things we needed like kitchen equipment. Part of me didn’t want to leave a review so that others wouldn’t rent it and I can get it again when I’m back :)

Wedding stay

The location was good. Cabin interiour is due for renovation and lack of laundry facilities for short stays was not clearly listed. Hostile neighbour was a dapperner to our stay.

Our stay was enjoyable. The cottage was the perfect size. Outside area was great. Deck was enclosed which was helpful with our dog. Cottage was clean. Bathroom could use some updating. We will definitely be back. P & B Quinn

Beautiful waterfront home

This house was great! Right on the water with tons of outdoor seating areas- picnic tables, fire pit area, on the edge of the water and 2 decks. Huge yard and clean, spacious house. All the tools you need for great meals overlooking the pond. Thanks Chris- hope to book again next year!

Lake getaway

Beautiful view of the lake and the location is close to grocery, gas and coffee shops if needed. Listing said " washer and dryer " but neither was available on site, we traveled 20 minutes for laundry mat. Couple things that can be improved on: needs air conditioning, there was several floor fans available but it got really uncomfortable on those hot humid days and nights. Needs to update bed mattresses. But overall we enjoyed our stay and the lake. Host was easy to reach and talk with. Would definitely go back and would recommend this lake house to others. :) Thank you

Wonderful Long Weekend with Family

We stayed closer to home this year because of additional babies added to the clan. My grandchildren were able to stay all day and ride 20 mins home to sleep in their own bed. The place being right on the water with a wonderful view made us feel we were up in the mountains. Next time we will ask for a key to the fence in order to get to other street for a wagon ride with the babies. Rte 121 was too busy to get over so we could only go up and down East Lane. Was surprised it was a ladder to the loft and not stairs but the younger adults managed. All else regarding house was A+. We will plan on staying again. Thank You Chris.

Serenity at its best

Quiet and peaceful . Enjoyed the ducks and geese. A couple of issues but not major . The water smelled like sulphur and the beds were soft and sagged in the middle . Did not see a washer and driver as advertised . Discrepancies in vrbo add and owner contract pertaining to size of dog allowed and cost per night . Also description of beds were wrong . There wasn’t two beds in some rooms as noted . The cottage was nicely stocked
