Studio flambant neuf vue mer, situé dans la prestigieuse et exclusive copropriété Oasis, en face d'Eagle Beach (à quelques pas) ..
La région d'Eagle Beach est la plus calme de l'ßle et sa longue plage blanche cette année a été élue par les voyageurs de Tripadvisor comme l'une des plus belles du monde (20 'au classement) !!!
Le matin, rien de mieux que de se promener tranquillement pieds nus sur la longue et douce plage. Relaxant et excitant !!

L'appartement, détenu par un couple italien (Serena et Martin), vient de terminer sa restructuration en août 2015 et offre une vue fantastique sur la mer. C'est un plaisir de se réveiller pour ouvrir les rideaux et voir les couleurs uniques de la mer des Caraïbes.
Il est situé au 5Úme et dernier étage et est équipé de deux ascenseurs.
Il est composé d'une grande piÚce avec cuisine, lit double avec matelas orthopédique neuf (1. 60 x 2. 00), écran plat haute définition 42 "avec chaßnes cùblées et décodeur Apple TV.
Salle de bain en marbre, avec une grande et confortable douche et lavabo moblie design.
La cuisine moderne avec petit-dĂ©jeuner / table de bar 2 places offre toutes les installations dont vous aurez besoin pour prĂ©parer vos propres dĂ©lices et une cuisine de vacances (grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, lave-vaisselle, cafetiĂšre, micro-ondes, bouilloire et petit four grill). Évidemment, il est livrĂ© avec des plats, des verres, des casseroles et des poĂȘles).
L'appartement est équipé de la toute nouvelle climatisation de la marque Carrier Air, super calme !!!
Il est disponible pour les clients Wifi gratuit entiÚrement gratuit et illimité !!
La terrasse est équipée d'une table et de chaises et offre une vue spectaculaire sur la mer des Caraïbes avec ses couleurs pittoresques et charmantes. En sirotant un verre de vin blanc frais, vous pourrez admirer un fabuleux coucher de soleil.
Buanderie équipée d'une nouvelle machine à laver et débarras pour valises.
Comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos, l'appartement a été décoré avec goût italien.
L'appartement est équipé de draps et serviettes.
Ils sont également fournis des chaises et un mini réfrigérateur et des serviettes de plage.
Le condo a une belle nouvelle piscine avec chaises longues et un jacuzzi.
Dans le jardin commun il y a deux patios équipés de deux barbecues, tables et chaises disponibles pour tous les invités.
Pour les clients, il y a aussi une salle de gym avec des poids, diverses machines, une plate-forme et un vélo elliptique pour rester en forme.
Parking gratuit pour les clients avec service de sécurité 24h / 24.

Dans le quartier d'Eagle Beach il y a plusieurs restaurants réputés et de trÚs bon niveau dont le Chalet Suisse, Screaming Eagle et La Rambla.
À seulement 500 mĂštres, se trouve le grand marchĂ© bien approvisionnĂ© Superfood.
En 3 minutes en voiture, vous arrivez dans la région de Palm Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was clean, cozy, and offered stunning views that made every morning special. Perfect location right across from Eagle Beach. Just a 5 minute walk. Bus stop close by. Condo was nicely decorated. Balcony had view of the beach in the distance. The check-in process was quick and easy. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Loved staying at this studio! Very very close to the beach, great view from the balcony and nice shared pool! Everything is as described. It is small but just as we expected. Would recommend staying there!

The condo is adorable. There is everything you need. There is also beach chairs. Major problem with codes. Day before I went on Expedia and got code that owner listed. Didn’t work had to call owners assistant and was given another wrong code. Finally received correct and got in apt.

Fun stay in Aruba

Serena has such a great apartment in Aruba. Communication between us and Serena was excellent, questions were easily answered. The apartment is small, but it was a perfect size for 2 people. We weren’t in the apartment very much, as we were out exploring. Serena gave us really great recommendations on places to eat, things to do, and how to go about exploring. The condo is very close to the beach, only 1 minute walk. Beach chairs and towels were provided which was much appreciated. The condo was also walkable to a few places or we would just take a scooter or taxi if it was very far. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Condo on Eagle Beach

Serena's condo was perfect for our New Year stay. She and Katy were very helpful and responsive. The unit was very clean, the view is amazing, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, there are grocery bags, the shower had good pressure, there were beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. The only thing is that the storage for clothes is a little lacking. Thanks Serena and Katy! Happy New Year!!

This adorable little condo has a fantastic view and is close to the grocery store. I recommend making a reservation at The Kitchen Table for a nice dinner just a short 4 min. walk away.

Very nice

Very nice place to stay if you want to get away from the crowds in the high rise and busy resort areas of Aruba. Pool and hot tub were great and there were few people and sometimes only us using it which we really enjoyed. Only minor inconvenience was you do have to remember, or carry with you, a few security codes to get into your room and the property but it’s a small price to pay for the privacy and security you get while staying here. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property

Nothing negative, with the exception of the door code for entry was different than the received instructions. Thank goodness for the security guard, willing to call the property manager. Once we were given the updated code, all was well. Perfectly located and appointed. Clean and secure!! Loved the property, inside and out.

We Found a Diamond in the Oasis of Aruba!

What a great experience we had staying at the Oasis In Aruba! Serena. ( the owner of our rental) was amazing to rent from! She always promptly responded from the very start of our interest and questions we had! She said she Ike broken English, but we feel she communicated fabulously ! The entire Oasis Staff from the general Manager Pilar to the gentleman gatekeeper/ security guard were very nice! The Condos and the grounds were very clean and well maintained, as well as Beautiful! You literally are 200 yards from the Best a Beach on the island... Eagle Beach! We are already planning our return for next year!

Nice location!

Unfortunately, our checkin process was a nightmare because I was using the information received through the app instead of a separate email that was sent to me 4 months ago. The studio shares a hallway with another unit in which you hear everything from when they come and go and dishes being washed. There were small children next to us and because of the noise level it was even more noticeable. The property as a whole is beautiful, central between Oranjestad and Palm Beach restaurant area. Lovely pool and very few people so days you would have the pool and hot tub to yourself.

Stress Reducer

Have been to the Oasis property many times, it has always been with our children or friends. This time was so very different, it was only me and my wife. The unit we chose was absolutely perfect. We did not require a hugh dining room table, no need for a second bedroom or a second bathroom! This rental ( studio ) was a perfect, all we needed to have an amazing time on the island of Aruba! The view is amazing, unhurried coffee and breakfast on the balcony in the mornings were awesome. Oasis is a very central location for us. We prepared our breakfast and lunch, in the evenings, out on the town!!!!!!! Serena and Katy were very kind and helpful, when we did have a question or assistance, they were available to us. When we get home, going to start to plan the next trip!!!!!! 😎

Wonderful apartment on best location ;-)

Dear Serena & Martino, thank you for this great vacation we had in your stylish apartment and thank you for taking care of us before and during our stay on Aruba. Checkin was quick and easy, the apartment beautiful brand new renovated, very stylish - it looks exaktly like on the pictures - we felt like being at home, the bath and the kitchen - everything best equipped - we missed nothing ! Towels, beach chairs and the fridge for the beach were very helpful ;-) We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea ! The Oasis is beautiful and the pool has been cleaned every day, the beach chairs round the pool were very comfortable and there was enough shade. For us it was the right decision - the apartment has a perfect position - just across the street is the beautiful long and not crowded Eagle Beach and in walking distance a well equipped super marked and restaurants. Our favourit was "The Elements" - at the Bucuti - direkt on the beach with delicious Cocktails and food. Parking was free - had a rental car for 3 days to explore the island, snorkeling at the Arashi and Baby Beach, visiting the Balashi brewery, the National Park and on Tuesday the Bon Bini festival - all in one it was a great holiday. Overall it was a nice stay. Our check-in process was a little bumpy. The host accidentally provided us with the door code to the wrong room which was already occupied. Security did assist us in reaching the host to get things sorted out. The balcony had a nice view. For those planning future visits, the room is quite small. With just two of us and our luggage/belongings it did feel a little tight, but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. Nice to have access to laundry which we used twice during our stay. Otherwise, one of the provided beach chairs did break during our stay. The host was going to have her assistant bring us a new one but that didn’t happen—not a huge deal. For women, I would plan to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer. Shampoo was provided but it was a very watery consistency. Hair dryer worked, but overheats very quickly. Ended up having to air dry my hair on the porch most days. The room was very clean, and there were cups, bowls, plates, and pans for us to use.

Paradise Awaits!

This condo is perfect! My boyfriend and I were on our first vacation together and everything was amazing. You cannot go wrong with this unit. It is perfect for a single traveler or two travelers. The beach has super soft, beautiful, white sand. There is a grocery nearby and the unit is stocked with everything you need. We sat on our patio every morning after cooking our own breakfast and drank mimosas. In the evenings, we grilled by the pool or went to a restaurant nearby. (I highly recommend Passions as a place to dine - especially for a romantic dinner.) In our down time, we enjoyed the AppleTV and were able to complete our laundry before coming home. (This is a nice perk!) The unit is located just steps from nearby shopping and restaurants. The complex has a beautiful pool that is illuminated at night with different colors. Within it, there is a hot tub. All you need to do is ask the security guard to turn on the jets and you are good to go. When you go to the beach, there are chairs and towels for use at the unit. Everything was so nice, we extended our trip by three more days and Serena was able to accommodate us at the last minute, in another unit (which was also perfect). I highly recommend this unit. Doing business with the owners was easy and our every wish was true for our first vacation together. Thank you to Serena for making this an amazing vacation. We will be back for sure!
