Este condominio moderno y espacioso se encuentra en primera línea de playa en Eagle Beach, que está clasificada como una de las 10 mejores playas más bellas del mundo. Desde el condominio tiene maravillosas vistas de la playa de arena blanca, aguas turquesas y espectaculares puestas de sol.

Decorado con buen gusto, el condominio cuenta con un amplio salón abierto, comedor y cocina. Ofrece 2 habitaciones dobles, una con cama de matrimonio y la otra con dos camas individuales. Cada habitación tiene un gran armario empotrado con amplio espacio y la habitación Queen tiene un televisor montado en la pared. Hay un baño moderno completo con ducha, lavabo, inodoro y secador de pelo. La sala de estar / comedor es espaciosa con cómodos sofás y sillas y tiene una vista panorámica al mar.

Hay una mesa de comedor superior de vidrio con sillas para cenas más formales. El salón tiene un televisor de plasma de pantalla plana de 32 '' montado en la pared con sistema de cable gratuito y conexión inalámbrica a internet de banda ancha. Hay una cocina moderna totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y una gran barra de desayuno con taburetes. El salón se abre a un gran balcón en forma de L con mesas y sillas que le permite comer y beber al aire libre con comodidad. También hay otro cuarto de lavado para invitados. Para su comodidad, hay una sala de lavandería separada con lavadora y secadora.

Las instalaciones del complejo incluyen cuatro grandes piscinas, terrazas con tumbonas y palapas (sombrillas), canchas de tenis y raquetas, gimnasio, saunas, sala de juegos para niños, centro de negocios y oficina administrativa.

El condominio está situado en el área de baja altura. A poca distancia hay muchos restaurantes, hoteles / resorts, casinos y spas de salud / belleza. También está a minutos del campo de golf de 18 hoyos Robert Trent y a solo 5 minutos en automóvil de la zona de gran altura con muchos hoteles, restaurantes, bares, clubes nocturnos, casinos, cines, teatros en vivo y spas de salud / belleza.

La capital, Oranjestad, con sus tiendas de diseño libres de impuestos, restaurantes, bares, casinos, museos y el pintoresco puerto está a solo 10 minutos y el aeropuerto Reina Beatrix a 20 minutos. Hay una parada de autobús fuera del complejo y hay taxis disponibles.

Our family of 4 had a fantastic week at this condo in Aruba!! The communication with the host/owner was top notch. The condo was sparkling clean on arrival and had everything we needed. The check in and check out processes were smooth. The beds and indoor air temps were very comfortable. We loved the location, the beautiful pools, and Eagle beach just across the road from the secured gate. We appreciated the extra snorkels, the beach chairs and cooler/ice packs along with so many other details that the condo included. We explored the island by foot, rental car, ABC jeep and UTV tours. We snorkeled at various locations on the west coast of the island. We highly recommend this condo on One Happy Island and hope to return!

The property is first class beautiful. The actual residence is very, very nice. Very spacious and clean. We absolutely loved this condo! The condo itself was very spacious and clean. The entire complex was very well maintained and safe. We never had a problem getting chairs in the shade at the pools and it never felt crowded. Any staff that we came in contact with was very friendly. Security walking around and talking to guests all the time. Great location across the street from Eagle Beach. We would definitely stay here again! We did not want to leave!!

Great location and condo

Really enjoyed our stay. Solid collection of needs provided. We had our own snorkeling equipment, but they had some, plus beach chairs, beach towels, and a fully loaded kitchen. Also, we were spoiled… Eagle Beach a few steps out the door is one of the nicest beaches. The beaches near the tower hotels are far less pleasant!Communicative and helpful staff and owners. If I could buy this unit, I would!

This was a spotless, large, well-equipped condo and the property is just lovely. Several beautiful pools. Beach is just across the street, easy walk to many restaurants along the pedestrian walkway. Highly recommend!!

Great location, beautiful views. Condo has everything that you need. Pool is just in front of the condo, and the beautiful beach is just across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfection!!!

The condo was so very perfect! The location is wonderful and the condo had everything one could possibly need to have a great time. Beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling equipment, floats and even ice packs for the cooler were all there. The proximity to the airport and nearby nightlife and restaurants was awesome. Will definitely come back again!! We had the time of our lives!

Beautiful, clean, and well appointed condo in great location at Eagle Beach. The condo is even nicer than the pictures! The furniture and beds were comfortable, and it was SO well stocked, from kitchen supplies to beach chairs, floaties, and snorkeling equipment. The owners were wonderful at communicating and sent detailed instructions with lots of helpful tips about Aruba. The condo complex had several beautiful pools (the nearest one to the condo was the quieter one- just as nice as the main pools but not as busy- easy to get loungers in the shade)- and the beach just across the street was beautiful and not at all crowded- especially compared with the packed areas in front of adjacent resorts. There is also a gym, business center, and game room just outside our building. HIGHLY recommend!!

Great Condo on Amazing Beach

Really enjoyed our stay in the condo at Oceania. The unit was spacious and clean and included everything we needed for visits to the beach (chairs, snorkel gear, etc.) Even though it was spring break, this section of Eagle Beach and the multiple pools in the complex were never crowded. Easy to get taxis for going out to dinner or the store, and when we had a car the last few days it was super easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again when in Aruba.often had the

Having travelled through much of the Caribbean, we found Aruba has the most to offer with its friendly people, beautiful white sandy beaches and fantastic all year round weather. The water is always warm and the sea at Eagle Beach is calm and good for swimming. The culinary skills of the chefs at the many reasonably priced restaurants are highly recommended and the variety of products at the supermarkets is some of the best in the Caribbean. The experience of staying in a condo on the beach front is so relaxing that you can really enjoy your vacation and appreciate the good things in life.
