This property enjoys an enviable position in Latchi. Ideally placed for a leisurely stroll to admire the multitude of boats moored at this picturesque harbour. The larger town of Polis is just 5 minutes drive away and the beautiful Akamas Peninsula is within easy striking distance too.
The property is one floor house with spacious open plan accommodation with warm and welcoming environment. Just 50m away from the beach where turtles choose this beach to lay their eggs.
The space
Equipped with a widescreen television (smartTV) in the living room as well as a DVD player. The kitchen includes a hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
There is free WIFI and free bedrooms and living room air conditioning at the property.
Outside dining on the good sized veranda with BBQ facilities offers the perfect setting for an evening by the sunset.
There is also garden in the front yard with exceptional tree shade. There is also shady drive way/parking place for two cars.
