Located on large private property, you have access to activities from James River kayaking or canoeing, Branson country music and entertainment, Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake fishing, Bass Pro, Wonders of Wildlife Museum, and more within minutes. Plenty of parking for boat trailers. Photo opportunities abound with the decorative water wheel, windmill, wishing well, gazebo, running spring with walking bridge.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Use house manual on coffee table in living room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Although we understand the recent change in legality, we do not allow any marijuana products on the property. Please review guest book upon arrival.
Bedding is provided with 5 host beds. Any use of extra guest air mattresses for sleeping must be approved by host. No bedding will be provided.
Toddler/Infant pack n play can be provided for rent with at least 1 week prior notice before check in. Please contact host for rental additional cost

The accommodations were very well maintained. They were clean and inviting. It is a beautiful place and well worth staying at. The host was available if needed and seemed to be very responsive if you needed anything. We loved the place.

Beautiful home and location! Great outdoor space. Inside was perfect for our needs. Beds were very comfortable. AC worked great even with 100 degree weather outside. Owner was quick to respond and checked in on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again next summer!

The description in the listing showed the following:Guest Bedroom1 Double Bed and 1 Twin BedI think that the description should be changed to "trundle bed" since the "Double bed" is a trundle bed. This would be more accurate.Also, the owner stated the following when I inquired about an outdoor grill-"No we don’t have a grill. We are controlled by the county health department. They won’t let us have one but they told us that the guest can bring your own."In order for me to feel safe and not conflict with any local regulations in bringing and cooking on my own grill, I contacted the Stone County health department and the Fire Department. The health department stated that although they license rentals, they do not have any restrictions on outdoor grills. The fire department stated that any outdoor grill has to be 10 feet away from any structure and not placed on a combustible surface. I complied with these common sense regulations.

This place was fabulous! Very clean. Beautiful property and the little creek was running the entire time. Pictures were spot on. The host was 100%. When I had a question about a charge he did not put there, he called me instead of just chatting. Now that is service. Definitely recommend their place for peace.

You will spend happy moments sitting under the gazebo and enjoying the outdoors in this beautiful setting. Enjoy the water wheel, the windmill and other decorative structures on the property. Don’t forget to take home a memory of you and your companions on the walking bridge over the spring with the gazebo in the background.
