Luxurious Family Vacation

The listing does NOT do this property justice. This well appointed and gorgeously designed home is very private and exquisitely landscaped. Our multigenerational family enjoyed a decadent breakfast every morning before hitting the beaches during the day only to return in the late afternoon to appetizers by the pool before a feast at dinner. The staff was amazing. Would recommend and will def stay here again.

Villa Atalaya

We had a wonderful stay in Punta Cana Resort at Villa Atalaya. Kim and his wife were helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, and first class operators. The home and the grounds were well kept and clean. The house has a beautiful open to the outdoors feelings that is as relaxing as it is beautiful. We had easy access to the beach located just steps away or by going to the beach club which is a short golf cart ride away. The staff lead by Patricio was accommodating and helpful in all manners. We choose to eat many of our meals at the house and found the chef willing to provide anything we desired. It was a relaxing easy vacation for a large family gathering with adults and young children. We were able to find activities and enjoyment throughout our 8 day stay. We will be coming back to stay at this villa in the future.

This Family’s Tropical Paradise

Our family of twelve enjoyed an ideal week on this island and in this beautiful home. Our concierge, Julissa, gave us excellent service - everything from grocery shopping to arranging for transportation and excursions. She checked in with us each morning to help us with any needs. The house staff, Patricio, Amada and Rosa, took such great care of us! Our 14 month old grandson toddled to the kitchen each morning to find his banana and throughout the day just to see his new friends. The food was wonderful! We had no desire to eat out at a restaurant. Our teenage grand daughters couldn’t wait to see each next meal. The house and grounds are beautiful and well cared for - just lovely. The sleeping arrangements were superb. We took advantage of the sound system and speakers scattered throughout the property to enhance our experience. I loved swimming early morning laps in the pool. The wonderful yard was great for frisbee throwing and lively games of croquet. We enjoyed the beaches in three locations within the Punta Cana resort as well as two swimming pools. Everyone loved the nearby lagoon for a refreshingly cool swim. Our family took advantage of the golf carts and bikes to transport us to beaches, pools, golf, health club and lagoon. For us grandparents, our adult children and our five grandchildren it was a perfect spot all around. We highly recommend this property and hope to return to it again in the future.

Amazing

Our stay at Villa Atayala was unbelievable! From start to finish everything was perfect. The villa is so beautiful and the location was great! Kim the manager was such a pleasure. He took care of everything. From booking reservations to airport transfers he took care of it all. The staff was also five star! I would highly recommend staying at this Villa.. you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely one beautiful property and wonderful staff.

We have been coming to Punta Cana for several years now. I must say that this is by far our favorite and the most stunning one we have stayed in. The staff were absolutely wonderful and the all meals were just excellent. The manager of the villa was always there for us during our planning and throughout our stay. We couldn't have been any happier. The pictures do NOT justify the villa at all. So much more beautiful in person. LOVED IT SO MUCH THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!! Sebastian

Luxury tropical oasis!

Villa Atalaya was inviting, luxurious, and ideal for our youngest traveler (2) as well as the adults. Our staff at the home, and our property manager, Kim, were accommodating and ensured we didn't lift a finger while vacationing in this tropical paradise. We can't wait to return!

Magnificent house with great service

Atalaya is truly a beautiful house in the caribbean style, very nicely decorated and easy to live in. Newly renovated, it is beautifully maintained. Located in Tortuga bay, very close to a dreamy beach, it is the ideal place for a great vacation. Lovely garden with sea views. The staff is super professional and the cook fabulous. Many sports available in the resort. The tennis center is brand new with a very nice atmosphere, we played with the ball boys. Great excursions to Cap Cana either to Los Establos, Juanillo beach or the Eden Roc restaurant. We also enjoyed the restaurants inside the resort. The golf courses are exceptional The access is super easy, the resort is only 10 minutes away for the airport. It was altogether an exciting, relaxing and great family time. We can't wait to return!

Nothing but the best in every way!!!

This was a first class trip from the moment we arrived. The home is newly renovated top to bottom, and is as nice as any five star hotel we have ever stayed in. The interiors are lovely and elegant, and all six bedrooms and full baths were perfectly appointed and comfortable. Great views all around. We were welcomed by the fantastic property manager Kim, the butler, the chef, and the housekeeper. Smiles and handshakes from all, followed by a presentation of fresh appetizers and cocktails for all eleven of us. Kim gave a great tour of every part of the property, and was literally "at our service" 24 hours a day to help arrange rides, tennis, golf, dinners, boat excursions, airport transfers, etc. The cook is outstanding, our favorite meals being of course the traditional Dominican dishes. The house was spotless always, thanks again to the housekeeping twice a day. The gardeners would bring fresh coconuts to the kids while they swam in the pool, and the beach is only 200 yards away....and easy walk. We enjoyed the premises, the short golf cart (included) ride to La Cana Club, meals at Tortuga Bay Hotel, a boat excursion, a day trip to Eden Rock, and fantastic dinners at La Yola, Bistro, and Bamboo. I can't say it enough....starting with Kim and his staff, but finishing with world class accommodations....this was an A+ trip for our two families traveling together. We can not wait to be back!!!

Absolutely wonderful vacation!

Absolutely wonderful vacation! We had four mothers and four sons, who are seniors in high school, for their spring break. The house is incredibly beautiful and the staff could not have been more helpful.
