This exceptional 128 m² penthouse features two bedrooms (both with ensuite baths), half bath, open kitchen, and multiple eating and lounging areas such as a large sofa, a kitchen bar and a dinning table on the balcony. There is also a 65” Smart TV in the living room and even a bar next to the living area. The jacuzzi with capacity for 4 people will also allow you to enjoy an incredible view of the valley and the BBQ is also located on the large balcony.

You are able to work remotely in the comfortable studio with 550mbps internet speed and US VPN if you need it, which is perfect for digital nomads making an immersive visit to Medellín while working.

Stylish yet modern decor with high coffered ceilings of 9-foot in both master and living rooms.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, A/C and an open plan living area, where you can see the double shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom, both with modern touches.
