Welcome to our newly renovated spacious townhome located in a charming cul-de-sac in Greensboro. Whether you want a quiet place to work from home, or an inviting place to relax, this townhome offers the modern comforts and convenience to be your home away from home!

The townhome has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a large dining room table and dedicated office/den which makes working from home comfortable. The spacious living room with gas fireplace and backyard patio offer an enjoyable atmosphere to wind down at the end of the day. For security purposes there is a Blink Doorbell and an exterior camera facing the front door and parking spaces.

The townhome is less than 10 minutes away from PTI Airport, making it an ideal location for traveling executives. Additionally, easy access to the area's major highways makes traveling to nearby cities such as High Point, Kernersville and Winston-Salem very convenient. There are a number of restaurants, grocery stores and parks nearby, offering plenty of options if you don't want to travel far.

We want you to have a great stay and we like to keep our house policies simple - no smoking, pets or parties allowed. Any breach of these policies will result in a $250 fee. (Also, If you have more than 2 cars please contact me ahead of time.) Thank you for your cooperation!

No pets allowed. Any violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable pet fee of $250.

We were so happy with our host. The coffee maker went out and she quickly replaced it. Everything was clean and tidy. And quiet. It was all labeled so we knew were to find things/what to do. We had a very nice experience. Would rent again, without a doubt!!!

Perfect stay, quite neighborhood

We came for my son’s swim meet. This house was perfect for us. He had the whole upstairs to nap in between prelims and finals. I could make dinner for us to have every night after we got home and enjoyed it on the patio out back. Neighborhood is so quiet. We fell in love with empanada grill which is right around the corner from the house. Kathryn was a wonderful host. Very responsive and accomplished. We come to Greensboro often for swim meets and will definitely stay here again.

Great host and great location!

Host was very courteous and great with communication. We contacted them about an Internet outage (storm took it out) and they got back to us within minutes to let us know what happened. Property is in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. House was well stocked with basic things that are needed for the stay and even a few extras. House was also very clean. The TV setup was great. Easy to add our own accounts and setup so they automatically delete at the end of our stay. Will definitely look into staying again when we are in this area in the future.

The townhome is located on a cul-de-sac in a small, cute residential community of 18 units. The cobblestone roads, style of houses and landscaping have a unique charm that transports you back a bit in time and certainly doesn't feel like you're in the city.
