What a great location! We loved all the food options in Little Italy and Chinatown. We visited the nearby Tenement Museum which was excellent. We appreciated being able to check in a little early. Easy access to subway stations as well. Would def stay here again.

Andy and his assistant were great in hosting our first trip to NYC ever. The apartment clean, organized and charming. The location was a fun adventure that really lets you feel like a local. We had a wonderful stay! The clean and well-appointed apartment was furnished with everything we needed and the Nolita location was super convenient to restaurants, cafes, deli's, and bars. It's also located just blocks from 2 subway stations which will take you anywhere in NYC. Allan, who greeted and oriented us to the property and location, was very helpful and responsive.

This rental is on the corner of Mulberry and Hester smack dab in the middle of little Italy. The area of Soho, The Bowery, Chinatown, the East and West Village are all within walking distance if your fit. The restaurant downstairs has live music some nights which was an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend for those who want to be where the action is.

Great location, worked well for the four of us to get all around town easily. The apartment was clean and comfy. Great communication and we were able to drop our stuff off early because we needed to check out of our hotel. Be prepared that the restaurant downstairs can be loud some nights, but doesn’t last too long or go too late, so didn’t interrupt our sleep at all. We had a great time!

We had a great stay. The apartment is small but makes good use of the space and is well appointed. Great location-right off Mulberry and Canal streets, close to subway stations, and many choices for good restaurants. We will definitely keep this location in mind if we visit again.

Central Location with easy Access to Chinatown, Little Italy and LES

The place is well furnished, clean and very much as described by the host. The location is great. Only downside: if you have difficulty sleeping if there is noise outside, make sure you bring earplugs. I would definitely stay here again.

What a vibe!

Our stay was amazing. Great accommodation right in the heart of Little Italy. So exciting to walk out the front door and the culture greet you. So easy to get to the subway but exploring the area by foot was the best. So much access to great food and experiences. We loved it.
