Luxury Sea View Villa on the French Riviera - MONACO GRAND PRIX SPECIAL OPENING

Luxury private and peaceful hillside villa with pool, large garden and a view of the sea. It also overlooks one of the most beautiful medieval villages in France, St. Paul de Vence. Enjoy the stunning sunrise and sunset from the large poolside terrace. Central to Nice (15 min), St Paul de Vence (5 min), Antibes (20 min), Cannes or Monaco (30 min). Rental includes the main level only, and exclusive private access to the pool and gardens. Renovated 2026. The upper level is closed off but unoccupied for the duration of your stay.

Newly renovated large kitchen and living area. Brand new luxury bathroom with soaker tub, rainfall shower, bench with waterfall shower. One bedroom with EU king-size bed (US equivalent between Queen and King). New high quality linens provided. New sofa, carpet and furniture. Large outdoor dining table, patio furniture (sectional, plus poolside loungers). Both gas and charcoal BBQs.

Private gated area with lots of parking on site. Large tended garden with orange, lemon, cherry and olive trees. Private pool, where you can float with a view of the sea or St Paul de Vence.

Rental is for the main floor only, the upper level is closed off during the rental period and you will have exclusive use of the property. You will be provided with a remote which allows entry through both the main gate, and the gate to the villa.

Only for rent during the summer months, with a minimum 7 day rental. Discount provided for 60 days. Well behaved, non shedding pets welcome. Quiet, exclusive neighbourhood, no parties.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property in La Colle Sur Loup. The owners were extremely welcoming, helpful and very comunicative. The apartment is comfortable, very well equipped with lot’s of nice touches. The outdoor space is absolutely idyllic offering a very private chic retreat. The pool and the gorgeous garden was our favourite place to be every day. This was very secure for our little dog too.The views over the surrounding hills were just magical. St Paul de Vence is a must and it is only a few minutes drive away and other attractions such as Nice, Cannes, Monaco etc are close by and easy to visit. We will definitely look no further if returning to the area.
