Soak your toes in the sand out the back door of this WATERFRONT property. Enjoy the HOT TUB overlooking the lake, 3 kayaks, pedal boat, or paddle board! Have a blast on the floating lillypad or jumping off the private dock. This family friendly vacation home is sure to impress the entire group!
This 2 story house can sleep 16 people and has a pool table, indoor basketball game, and many board games.
Indoor fireplace, firepits, wildlife, and tons of oak trees will leave you speechless!

Tucked away under 2 acres of oak trees, this waterfront cabin offers the chance to experience peace among natures playground with Lake Eufaula at your back door and wildlife passing by. Keep your eyes peeled for geese, deer, fox, squirrels, birds.
Entering the Driveway- As you drive up the oversized and wide driveway you will have plenty of parking with multiple vehicles with or without a boat.
Entering the house- You will see a full bathroom with a bathtub on one side of the hallway. On the other side of the hallway are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom offers a queen bed and the other bedroom offers a queen bed and twin bunk beds with a tv/dvd player. Our third bedroom is not a private room, it is downstairs with the couch, pool table, and 4 queen beds (double bunks). You will also find the upstairs living and dining area where you can open the curtains and enjoy the beautiful view that Lake Eufaula has to offer. A smart tv is available in the living area. A fully stocked kitchen is also in the main living upstairs.

Downstairs gameroom/bunkroom- Is easy to navigate to down the stairs. You will find a couple couches and a smart tv next to the wood burning fireplace. A small eating area is available also. 4 queen beds (double bunks) are available in the big open room to accommodate the larger gatherings. You will also find a pool table, dart board, basketball game, and many board games to enjoy your stay. A full bathroom with a stand up shower is located downstairs.

Outside- Out the back patio door you will find the charcoal grill/smoker and plenty of outdoor seating for large groups. The hot tub is out the back door overlooking the lake. The steps will take you to the waters edge and dock area where you can enjoy playing, fishing, swimming, diving, kayaking, pedal boating, or try the paddle board. We offer 3 kayaks, 1 pedal boat, 1 paddle board and 1 floating lillypad. There are beach lounge chairs to soak up the sun or 2 hammocks to lay in the shade close to the water. A short walk down the cleared path is an oversized beach area for the whole group. There's also a "culvert slide" for the kids who will love going down a dark tube located on the hill next to the house. There are a couple fire pits with stump seats to keep it natural. The property is full of oak trees and plenty of small limbs to collect and start your own fire for s’more’s. Enjoy the wildlife that passes by daily. The deer thrive on this overloaded 2 acre lot full of oak trees. The geese love landing in our cove as it is a very quiet and peaceful location.
Bring the boat and launch at the neighborhood ramp 1 mile from the house. Park the trailer back at the house and leave your boat at our dock the entire stay! The dock has a ladder going into the water allowing for easy access to jump and jump some more.
We are a quiet neighborhood and we also expect to have fun! Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.
NO SMOKING INSIDE! OUTSIDE ONLY! IF YOU SMOKE OUTSIDE, YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR TRASH! $500 fine if any smoking evidence is found or if you have smoked inside. This includes medical Marijuana, cigarettes, vaping, pipes, etc.
No pets allowed. $500 fine!

Do not enter hot tub if you have any open wounds or cuts.
No children allowed unless attended by an adult.
Turn off jets and close the cover when you are finished.
