Exactly as advertised… awesome views of the water and surrounding islands. Great for watching boats, birds, and float planes. Easy walk town for shopping, food, museums, and culture. Very clean and comfortable.

I truly believe this is the best place to stay in Kodiak! The host was very responsive and described the property perfectly! It was close to town and the view of the harbor is amazing! We were able to sit on the balcony and watch the float planes fly in and out of Trident Basin, the boats come and go, and we saw sea lions and seals - while relaxing in bed! The space is more than adequate for two adults to be comfortable. The water pressure and endless hot water in the shower was so relaxing at the end of a long day!Five stars all the way!

We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our trip to Kodiak. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. We appreciated how quiet it was—we never heard the neighbors, which made for a very peaceful and private stay. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kodiak!

I never received the information on how to find the property. After contacting the owners it was straightened out. The place was clean and worked out fine. Nice shower and bathroom we were just hoping for a little more room. The view was good and once we figured out exactly what we had it was fine. A microwave to reheat food and a small fridge to keep things cool. If you want ice you will need to purchase a cooler and ice. This worked out well for 2 people. There is a couch that folds out into a bed but we didn’t use it. I think the price is in line with everything in the area. We were only a few minutes from the harbor to fish so if you are going to fish it will work out fine. I left my glasses in the room when we left and they were mailed back to me which was nice.

We are so sorry your check-in instructions probably got diverted to your spam folder, because we checked and VRBO sent them. The refrigerator in the room has ice trays and a freezer.
