This much loved small home includes many thoughtful details, while private stairs provide access to the waterfront park below.
The main bedroom has one queen bed, while a smaller bedroom provides a twin bed. The couch opens up into a comfortable queen.

This property is located above a small neighborhood park along the water's edge, accessed by private stairs. You can enjoy morning coffee on the deck while watching boats come and go, as well as seals, sea lions, water foul and occasional whales, all from the comfort of this delightful home. Just a 2 minute walk from the park below the house is the best restaurant in town, open for lunch and dinner, as well as the most scenic coffee shop, offering tasty treats, if you choose not to stay in for morning coffee.
