Come and enjoy a spacious condo located on the opening hole of Pinehurst #5, just walking distance to Pinehurst County Club, The Fair Barn and Horse Track. Amazing restaurants, shopping, and an abundance of golf courses are right outside your doorstep. Everything is here to make your stay easy and seamless.
The space
This is completely set up for your stay. Enjoy a front row seat to golf on one of the patio rocking chairs.

The bedroom hosts a king size be with luxury sheets. The sofa in the living room is a pull-out and becomes a queen size bed which sleeps two.

The laundry building is twenty yards from the front door. All of the furnishings are provided -- towels, linens, etc... Just bring your golf clubs and you're golden.

The smart TV has many apps available for your login - and it has complimentary cable.

WiFi is hooked up and ready for you.

There's a bar cart with the necessities to make a cocktail.

In the kitchen you'll find all of the kitchen equipment you'd need to cook for yourself.

There is also a Keurig and all of the fixings needed to make coffee in the morning. All of the condiments in the cupboard are there for you as well.

A couple last things:

Please be aware that many people in the community live there full-time. In that vein, please try to be respectful of noise after 10pm

We are a married couple that enjoys everything that Pinehurst has to offer. We have been coming to the area for 6 years. We have 2 boys: one who is in college at Louisiana Tech while our youngest is going in to high school. We enjoy traveling the country watching our youngest son play golf with the best junior golfers in the world.
