Inside, the home features an open concept living area, gourmet kitchen, spacious dining space, and comfortable bedrooms, including a private primary suite with a spa-inspired bathroom. Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or as a couple’s getaway, the home offers the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience.

Our home is located in a charming Seabrook coastal neighborhood that offers the perfect balance of peaceful surroundings and nearby attractions. Enjoy easy access to marinas, waterfront spots, NASA, Kemah Boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment while still having a quiet place to unwind after a day out.

Guests have full access to the home, including parking and all indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces.

Upon arrival, you’ll step into a welcoming living area featuring a plush queen sleeper sofa, creating a comfortable space for gathering and relaxing. The gourmet kitchen includes a large island with seating for four, while the dining area comfortably seats six for meals and conversation.

The first guest bedroom features bunk beds and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom. The second guest bedroom offers a queen bed with direct access to the same bathroom setup, providing both convenience and privacy.

An additional full bathroom with a shower and tub combination is also available for guests.

Further into the home, you’ll find a king bedroom with private patio access. The spacious primary suite also includes a king bed, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom featuring double vanities, a soaking tub, separate shower, and spa-like feel.

Outside, guests can enjoy a fully equipped entertainment area with a propane grill, tiki bar with TV and refrigerator, gas fire pit, lounge seating, games, hammock chairs, and a relaxing hot tub.
