The Casita 3 miles away from the main city located in Costa Diamante/Sandy Beach, the house is a small walk away to the sandy beach ( 150 m ). The master beachfront suite has a queen bed, private patio The second bedroom is a suite with a queen bed. The third bedroom, has a queen bed and a twin and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed The living, dining and cooking area is very large and open. The living room has a beautiful boveda ceiling, Satellite flat screen 40 inch radio There is a eating and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and most small appliances including, coffee maker, blender microwave and toaster, garbage disposal, and a large breakfast bar that doubles as a preparation area. Other amenities include gorgeous mexican tile countertops throughout the house, a large beachside patio with furniture, fans throughout, a propane barbeque , two car garage, WiFi (Wireless Internet), plus additional access to the new community pool and Jacuzzi in Costa Diamante, Sheets and towels are provided. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and yes on a small Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 3 night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June, October and all Holidays.
