'Las Vistas' (Beautiful views) is situated in the beautiful area of Campoamor, on the Costa Blanca. It is ideally located for the Golf and the beautiful beaches of Campoamor, oLa Zenia etc, which are all 5-10 min's drive away. 20 mins walk to the nearest beach. A good selection of small bars (Irish, etc), and several restaurants less than 5 min's easy walking distance. The key holder will the cleaning and laundry for 70 euros payable to her on site.
There is a vast Saturday market at nearby Playa Flamenca. The property is in a gated complex with green areas and small play area (ideal for younger children) and a small pool. It is a first floor apartment with a private sun terrace with BBQ above, there are amazing views from the terrace across to the sea. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, ideal for 4. (king size bed, and 2 singles), sofa settee in lounge.
Drinking water tap at the kitchen sink., no need to buy bottled water. Has WIFI
There is a local charge of 70 euros for cleaning/laundry

nice apartment in a quiet urbanization

very secure property, easy to access by car off the main N332. Apartment has everything that is needed for a self catering holiday, although there are plenty of restaurants around, a few within a short walk of the apartment.

Las Vistas

Good communication with owner and keyholder. Las Vistas is by far the best complex we have stayed in. Open with a fresh breeze of air, quite, but still room for kids to play. The apartment small, but the value for money is excellent.

Excellent location

Booking was very straightforward and host responses quickly to questions/query. The location is excellent with shops for goods and food close by and a variety of eating establishments within walking distance. The accommodation was clean and had a range of holiday items provided. The only downside was the fact that the air conditioning was not working, although it was rectified a few days later and there was no air conditioning in the smaller second bedroom. Would recommend this accommodation.

Muy buen trato por parte de la propietaria y de julie , me han recibido correctamente, trato fluido por parte de la propietaria en relación al hospedaje, la casa muy bonita , tal como en las fotos , piscina , ping pong , hay un bar cerca donde tienen música en vivo y puedes tomar cocteles, a 5min la playa en coche , playas muy bonitas, la casa buena distribución, con aire, arriba una terraza para hacer barbacoas, urbanización cerrada y tranquila , repetiría encantada, muchas gracias por ayudar a que estos días fueran especiales con mi familia.

Lovely apartment in pretty grounds

We stayed in this apartment for a week during august with 2 young children. From the moment we booked it, communication with Hazel was excellent. She was flexible with our booking dates due to covid. The apartment itself was clean and tidy on arrival and we were greeted by Carla who was also helpful and welcoming. Kitchen had great amenities if needed. Plenty of towels in the apartment which we found very handy. Views were lovely especially from the roof top terrace. The beds were comfy which is always a winner. Pool and grounds were extremely clean and well maintained. I would recommend a car if your not a fan of walking, especially in the heat as the beach if a good walk away. But there are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance. Its a nice quiet area so we weren't disturbed late at night with loud music or noise. I would recommend this apartment. Thankyou Hazel for all your help. We are glad we managed to make it to Spain.
