Before departure, we kindly ask guests to gather used towels, dispose of trash, turn things off, secure the property, and strip the sheets from used beds while leaving all bedding in its respective bedroom.

*No visitors unless pre-approved by the host.

*Exterior cameras only (parking area & front door). No interior or backyard cameras.

*Dome use: Not recommended during hot summer months.

*No early check-in / late check-out on same-day turnovers.

*When available: $100 (≤2 hrs), $250 (2–4 hrs), full night rate (>4 hrs).

*Refunds: Non-Airbnb refunds are subject to a 3% payment processing fee.
