Renovated in 2023 with taste and passion, our 210 m² family home welcomes you to Cassis, just a 12-minute walk from the port, the beaches, and the vibrant heart of the village. From the terrace and garden, enjoy breathtaking views of the Domaine de Bagnol vineyards, the historic town center, and the iconic Cap Canaille.

Designed with families, children, and guests with reduced mobility in mind, the villa offers spacious living areas, calming decor, and hotel-quality bedding for optimal comfort. You’ll also benefit from a personalized concierge service to help you explore the best of Cassis, tailored to your interests.

On the ground floor:
• A large, bright, and welcoming living room,
• Three spacious bedrooms with high-end double beds,
• An extra room with a convertible sofa bed,
• A designer kitchen in marble and wood, fully equipped,
• A game room with a flat-screen TV for relaxing moments.

Upstairs, a 60 m² suite awaits, featuring:
• A master bedroom with a double bed,
• A children’s room with a bunk bed in the style of a cabin,
• A kitchen and a panoramic terrace—perfect for enjoying an aperitif at sunset.

The 1,300 m² garden and its large swimming pool (open from May to September, weather permitting) are perfect for enjoying long summer days. Relax, play a game of ping-pong, or explore Cassis on foot directly from the villa.

Scammed by owner, Ant Infestation, Sewage problems and Dangerous tiles by the pool

The villa has an ant problem, there were multiple points of entry for ants to roam across our apartment. Owner or concierge did nothing to help this during our trip.During our trip the sewage backed up into one of the showers, which was rather disgusting.When I jumped into the pool for the first time one of the large stone slabs almost fell on top on me, which could have been a very serious injury. There was a dangerous old delapidated shed next to the pool, be very careful with small children.On top of all of this, the owner charged us 350 for damage to a parasol which we didn't do.The location is lovely, along with the views - but I hope you like ants!

This property has a special story, as it is our family home. We’ve shared many wonderful moments here. It’s also a peaceful corner of Cassis, with neighbors who are very respectful of nature. A place overlooking some of Cassis’ most beautiful treasures: Cap Canaille, the vineyards, and the port.

Cassis also has a unique connection to the United States, where we spent some time—because the stone used for the base of the Statue of Liberty comes from right here.

What makes this property unique

Probably one of the most beautiful views of Cassis at only 10 minutes walking-distance to the historical harbor. Everything we do (design, furnitures, welcoming) is made with passion to make our guest the best experience. Also, our concierge will make your stay enjoyable.
