Great neighborhood and location, the place was really nice! We enjoyed staying here and would again! Only minor issues were communication with the manager (took usually over 2 hours, sometimes next day to hear back) and finding the fuse box was a bit of a challenge as it was blended into the wall.

The apartment was spacious and clean, but the air conditioning fans inside the rooms didn’t work very well so sleeping was very hot. Also it is on the 4th floor, not the 2nd floor as listed - which is fine but not easy for those who struggle with stairs. The water heater needs to be turned on 40 minutes before you take a shower which was very hard for early morning wake ups. We ended up taking a lot of cold showers. It was in a great location, easily walkable to all the Athens sites. No toiletries were provided like shampoo/conditioner/bodywash which is usually custom for a Vrbo, but the hosts were very responsive which was great. They were easy to communicate with!

This Athens property exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The location is fantastic, the apartment features modern amenities throughout, and everything was spotless upon arrival. The showers were particularly impressive - great water pressure and temperature control.One important tip for future guests: when unlocking the front door, you need to slide it open rather than push or pull it - it operates like a barn door mechanism. We spent about thirty minutes outside trying to figure this out before realizing the trick! Once you know how it works, it's no problem at all.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to other travelers. The host has created a really comfortable and well-appointed space in a prime Athens location.
