Enjoy your stay in this comfy, newly remodeled and spacious basement suite with many amenities to help you feel right at home. Nestled near the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains in a quiet residential neighborhood, you're a short drive from some of Utah's best ski resorts, hiking/biking trails, and Mountain America Expo Center. Enjoy amazing views of the mountains from my newly installed hot tub. This is the perfect spot for your vacation, long weekend, remote work, or quick getaway.
20 min to Snowbird/Alta. 30 min to Solitude/Brighton. 45 min to Park City/Deer Valley. 25 min from both Downtown and SLC Airport.
I am the owner of the house and live alone upstairs which allows me to respond to any issues that may arise quickly. I'm constantly looking for ways to make my space better and may be able to accommodate specific needs or requests. For those looking to work remotely, a desktop monitor is available upon request. If you plan on using the hot tub, please let me know when booking so I can make sure it is ready for your stay.

I am a Utah native and have lived here for all but 14 years of my life during which I attended graduate school and began my professional career. I started my career as a Psychologist but presently I coach leaders internally at a company here in Utah and I also have a side business as a coach. When I'm not working my day job or tackling house projects (which seem to be never-ending), I love to be outdoors especially if it involves waterskiing, hiking, fishing, or finding beautiful landscapes and vantage points off the beaten path. I'm also beginning to love the discovery of new hobbies and ways to tap into my creativity. I have worked on nearly every aspect of my VRBO space and the yard and have found a lot of satisfaction as I've developed the skills needed to complete the necessary projects. I enjoy knowing that part of my work and creativity has helped create a space that hundreds of guests have enjoyed over the past 2 years.

This apartment is also conveniently located within a 10-min drive of the Mountain America Expo Center where conferences, seminars, shows, and competitions are hosted regularly. If quiet morning/evening walks are a part of your daily routine, you will love the surrounding area with nearby horse properties, estates, and city parks all within walking distance.
