We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.

We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.

The space also includes a full-sized pull-out couch, perfect for extra guests. KITCHEN: Cook with ease in our brand-new, fully stocked kitchen, equipped with modern appliances. Enjoy meals at the cozy breakfast nook (seats 4) or the dining table (seats 2)—perfect for intimate gatherings. Sleeping Arrangements:
Our large primary bedroom offers a plush king size bed and a walk in closet.
Our secondary bedroom features a full size bed, book shelf and plenty of space to put all your clothes away.

You will need a car to get around, you can easily get an Uber or Lyft as well

Things to note- 1. This property is professionally managed by Rockie Ridge Rentals to ensure a smooth and reliable stay. 2. Want to elevate your stay? Optional concierge services may be available upon request and subject to availability. 3. This is a 2 unit house. This listing is unit 2, the owners live in unit 1. They are completely separate from each other and have different entrances. The thermostat is located in the owners unit and will adjust it for you as needed. 4. Ski's are not included with the rental 5. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional fee upon request; availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed by the host. 6. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a simple pre-arrival form (no sensitive information required) and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
Rules: 1. Absolutely NO SMOKING is permitted inside or outside anywhere in the neighborhood, this area has a very high fire risk. 2. NO PETS allowed of any kind 3. Quiet hours are from 10pm-9am, please be mindful of noise for the owners living upstairs. 4. Guest limit is 6 guests, and no parties are allowed. 5. Do not tamper with or remove any smoke alarms 6. Must be 21 to book
Fire-pit rules- 1. Do not throw anything into fire pit 2. Do not put anything flammable near the fire pit- this is a very dry, high fire risk area 4. Cover 30 minutes after turning off. It’ll melt the cover and you will be charged for the damage. 5. When you’re done using the fire pit- always turn it off: do so by revering how you turned it on- turn the main switch clockwise to the white dot at 12’ o clock

We had such a wonderful stay at this rental! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything we could have needed was available - extra towels, linens, throw blankets, etc! The location was perfect—within driving distance to everything we wanted to see, but still quiet enough to relax. And the view from the house and the street in general was amazing! The host was responsive and kind, making check-in and check-out super easy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood at the base of the mountains. Beautiful view. Great nature trails and walking paths in the area for morning walks. Comfortable surroundings and the bed was very cozy. Lots of great extras to go with a beautiful home. Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable. No need for use of TV in this wonderful community.
