Family Favorite with Indoor Basketball Court

You’ll love this get-away! It's nestled next to Lone Peak mountain near the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon - 15 minutes away from Snowbird/Alta ski resorts. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. You will be staying in the entire basement of our home, but still have lots of natural light and an indoor basketball court.

The space
There is about 1000 square feet of living space and another 900 square foot indoor basketball court. We have a playground in the backyard, along with a trampoline. Lots of room for kids to play.

Guest access
Guests will also have access to total backyard including the trampoline and playground.

Other things to note
Our place is also 2 miles away from grocery shopping and fast food as well as dining. There is a neighborhood Walmart as well as "The Honey Bee" - a Whole Foods try Grocer.

Fun court, beautiful location

We enjoyed trailheads, biking around the property and the kids loved the court and outdoor trampoline. Studio apartment feeling, though there was a farmer's door to separate the one bedroom.

Wonderful stay in the mountains

The listing seemed too good to be true but it delivered! We were able to utilize the kitchen, and indoor basketball court. It was comfortable and clean and in a great location. Gary’s communication was great and quick. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Apartment close to skiing

We came for skiing and found the location quite accessible to Little Cottonwood Canyon. We enjoyed the ample storage, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, large TVs and excellent space. Close to shopping, and reasonable drive to the airport. When not skiing, we walked around the pleasant residential neighborhood. Hope to come back another time!

Safe space

We have an autistic son who LOVED the basketball court!! As parents it was great to have a safe space for him to go & release some energy. The host was very accommodating & replied quickly. We would definitely stay here again!!

Fabulous, Spacious Family Space

This was a convenient location near shopping and the perfect space for my family of six. Clean, lots of space, comfy beds & bedding, friendly & accessible hosts. Will book again on future visits! Only downside was that I expected a washer/dryer which isn’t a deal breaker. It is not in the description so my fault for assuming.

Great for our family with young kids

My husband and I spent six nights here with our 5, 4, and almost 2 year old and it was just about perfect for our family. Despite being in a basement, there was a lot of natural light. It was clean, and the linens and kitchen were well stocked. My kids LOVED the basketball court as well as the trampoline and playset in the well-kept backyard. The owner was accommodating and responsive during our stay. The house is in a beautiful area and only a few minutes drive to anything we needed. If we ever return to the Sandy area, we would definitely consider renting here again!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our time here. The property is close to the ski resorts and had everything we needed. The basketball court was a win with our kids! The owners were very prompt at getting back to us when we reached out to them. Looking forward to another stay here soon!
