Right off the Colorado College campus, our stylish Victorian home is walking distance to downtown coffee shops, the Ed Robson hockey arena and a short drive from anywhere worth visiting in Colorado Springs.
Furnished with everything you'll need, you can stay in and bake cookies or use the spacious backyard to host events, relax and enjoy the Colorado sunshine.

With three off-street parking spots, this 3 bed, 2 bath house also offers laundry, a full kitchen and spacious, high-ceiling rooms. A backyard hot tub, fire pit and propane grill also make it a great place to hang out in the Colorado sunshine!

Amazing house super cute

There was no central air conditioning but they do have window units in the two upstairs bedrooms. The management is nice and the house was clean and nicely located in a neighborhood close to a lot of fun stuff.

Nice home with great location!Each room had tons of room and its own desk and sitting area. It was super close to downtown. Owner was very responsive and check in and out was simple.

Perfect stay!

The pictures doesn't do this house justice! It is a lot bigger than it looks. It is close by to a lot of college kids, but we didnt hear them at all. The house makes you forget that you're in the middle of town. Nice backyard with a great hot tub. It is centrally located close by to everything we wanted to do. The host was very nice and responsive. I would definitely return again!

Great base from which to explore Colorado Springs

This is a cozy, comfortable older house---very clean, bright, roomy, and nicely furnished. Our group of 5 (my wife and I, teenage son and grown daughters) stayed here for most of a week. Kitchen is well-equiped and we enjoyed using the outdoor grill and hot tub. It was a great location from which to launch day trips to Pikes Peak, The Royale Gorge, Garden of the Gods, etc. The big TV and comfortable living room were nice for winding down after the day's adventures, and the front porch was ideal for those wanting a quiet place to read.The owner was extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this house.

As billed, fine rental

This was a perfect location in terms of proximity to campus, hockey rink, and near enough to downtown. If you're a light sleeper, keep in mind there are student-rented homes nearby so occasional night time noise is to be expected. Communication with host was excellent; we had no problems whatsoever & would stay there again.

Charming indeed!

We absolutely had a wonderful stay in this aptly named charming house! The house had a lot of character and was very comfortable for our family of 5. It had everything you could think of and felt like you were staying at a family member’s house. You can tell the owners take great pride in the house by all the cute details throughout. They also were very responsive with any questions we had and you could tell that they really wanted us to be comfortable and enjoy our stay…which we 100% did!

Decent place to stay …nearby to local attractions and not too bad for day trips!

We had a good time staying for a week, wish it wasn’t that hot here but overall it was fun stay! We appreciate the quick responses from the owner and he was very accommodating and helpful!
