Fun in the Sun!

Overall- happy to return! Been 12 years! Much has changed in Rocky Point. Resort is well maintained and welcoming. Road access to property is difficult when holiday vacationers are attending the huge Night Clubs on the lead roads to the property entrance. Great for young people.

I'll start with the room for improvement. The room itself can use a little sprucing maybe a coat of paint and updating the ceiling fan (it was loose and squeaky) The water pressure The internet did not work and although there were 3 tvs only one worked. The room was clean the kitchen had all the appliances to make a solid meal. The

I got much needed R & R

I went to get some relaxation time and I got it! However, I did see people playing loud music during the day. The rules said repeated times that it wasn't allowed so I didn't take my speaker... Security did not address it so I guess its ok. IDK The king size bed is kinda loopy. LOL Other than that It was a great location, nice view, spacious condo, had Netflix and great Wi-Fi!! I also liked that there was a pharmacy and a convenience store at walking distance...

2 Issues

Issues that prevented a higher rating: 1. All the charges were not obvious. I was surprised that the total cost was nearly double what the rate/night was. 2 The bathroom was unsatisfactory: Had to hold the toilet flush handle down to get it to fully flush; water pressure in the shower (and other outlets) kept fluctuating greatly, making for an unsatisfactory shower experience.

Not a bad stay, but the bed needs to go!

I had read the reviews for this specific condo before reserving and hoped the problems people listed had been remedied as most were pretty simple fixes. The main draw to the unit was the 7th floor, and anticipating the view which did not let us down. The flusher on the toilet was still messed up, the king size bed is awful as it folds in like a taco and caused me back pain. There were a few other things that I was bummed weren't fixed especially because they aren't difficult to resolve. The owner needs to get a new mattress, it is in unacceptable condition. For that alone I would not stay in this unit again. I would choose a different one for sure, as we did enjoy staying at Las Palmas itself and it was a good experience.

We really enjoyed ourselves at this top floor two bedroom condo. The view was very enjoyable, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. Bathroom is need of a major remodel. Kitchen could use a minor update.
