Ground Floor Condo at Las Palomas, one of the 2 units in Phase 1 ground floor condo with 3 and a half Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and in the Rental Pool.

One of the Bedrooms is a separate locked in suite with its own full bathroom.

It features a king size bed in each bedroom and a bunk bed (twin over full) in the bunk room!

Located in Phase 1, Topaz Building this condo offers a great private patio and direct access to the pool and beach areas.

In addition to Topaz 108, we also own and rent other ground floors close by:
1 Bedroom: Diamante 106
2 bedroom: Topaz 105,
3 Bedrooms: Opalo 108, Opalo 107 and Diamante 108!

Have also ground floors in Phase 2:
1 Bedroom: Cabrillo 102, Coronado 102, Coronado 105, Cortez 102.
2 Bedrooms: Cabrillo 106, Cabrillo 104 and Cabrillo 103.

For higher floors we also have Cortez 903

Great suite/room. Nice and clean. Plenty of space for the 7 of us without needing to utilize the living room for sleep. The half bedroom was actually excellent. No windows so was pitch black and the kids loved it. Massive patio and easy access to the pool and beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was super clean and super spacious. Great location on the first floor to be able to access pool amd beach faster. Huge balcony. Will definitely be our go to condo from now on and will be recommending for friends and family! Also Jaime was great!

Beautiful condo

This condo was perfect for our family. Everyone had a bed and everyone had room to spread out. We love staying on the bottom floor for the ease of access to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Our host, Jaime, was nice, accommodating, easy to work with & quick to respond. Condo was well appointed & well kept. Location was great, easy access to pool & main lobby, & a quick walk to phase 2, where the restaurant/sportsbar/coffee shop are located. 8 of us stayed in the condo comfortably; perfect for our annual girls trip! The resort was kept so clean at all times, and the staff were all friendly, kind & hard working. Henry at the phase 1 pool bar & Isaiah at Wildebeest sportsbar remembered us, what we drink, and took great care of us & were very fun - loved them! At check in they told us the phones were down so we’d have to use a QR code instead, which was a bit of a bummer but not a major issue, just would have been nice to be able to call for quick requests if needed. We got to check in desk at 345 and surprisingly there was no line at all, but the front desk agent (who was very nice) did say I had to wait til exactly 4 to get the keys so we just stood there for ten minutes waiting to be handed the keys. Not a major issue since it does state check in is at 4, but would’ve been nice if they could’ve given us the keys just a few (5-10) minutes early so the group and the 2 bellman handling all our luggage didn’t have to wait for the clock to hit 4 on the dot. So 4pm check in is not flexible by even one minute. Karaoke host at Maria’s restaurant was fun! Dinner there in previous years was always so nice but the menu this year was disappointing, sad they downgraded it.
