This newer three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath home in Old Town is a rare find. There is off-street parking and a beautiful private pool. The open floor plan offers a spacious gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a breakfast bar. The dining/living area is a great place to entertain family and friends. The sliding glass doors open to a lovely deck and private pool.

The first bedroom lies on the first floor and features an ensuite bathroom along with a half-bath off the hall. The second floor offers a guest room with an ensuite bath. The spacious primary suite has a king bed and sitting area.
