It was a very comfy cozy 1BR close to the arena where I was bowling. Would recommend for anyone going to the USBC bowling tournament!

Nice place to use as home to explore Baton Rouge

I was in town for the USBC bowling tournament. The location was optimum for that. I also enjoyed exploring Baton Rouge from the awesome apartment.

Bowling championship

This location is 1 block from bowling center, and it is an easy walk to the location. Owner was very nice, and responsive

The owner stood us up. Never even responded. Drove from NC to have no accommodations. I’m really glad tho cuz the place was extremely dirty and just nasty.

Get what you pay for

Location was good for what we needed. Communication was poor prior to the trip. Told me I needed to pay in full before I could get the address, however, I had already paid in full. Was rude I. His responses. Bed is very small for a queen size. They only have one A/C unit that’s in the living room and a fan. Unit did not get cooler than 74 degrees. We had a 2nd floor unit.m and A/C dripped at the top of the steps which made them slippery. In fact, I fell down the first few steps and caught myself with the railing. Large cockroach running across wall and ceiling. Tried to communicate with property owner but instead of any empathy basically told me bugs happen. Was promised, since we left a day early due to cockroach, we would be reimbursed for one night but have yet to be refunded. I have reached out twice since and no response. Would not rent from this person in future.
