NEW PICTURES DECEMBER 2022!! whY not enjoy the warm Arizona sun at Y Not Ranch in the beautiful and entertaining Johnson Ranch community! This beautiful home offers four bedrooms and two baths, all on one floor and can comfortably sleep eight people.  The primary suite is split, with a walk in closet, separate shower and garden tub, and a king size bed. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms all have queen size beds to make your stay comfortable and cozy. The island kitchen is open to the family and dining room making this the perfect space for enjoying the company of family and friends. You can enjoy a night in playing games or watching a movie on a 75" Smart TV.

Our beautifully landscaped backyard has views of the golf course and green belt, making this the perfect place to enjoy the quiet sunset by the firepit and catch a glimpse of one of the many amenities of Johnson Ranch. Not only can you spend your days on the golf course, but this community also offers three heated pools, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, and walking/jogging paths.  In San Tan Valley, you are just a short drive from all the shopping and entertainment/sports venues that the Phoenix area has to offer as well as all of the outdoor activities of the Southwest. Your oasis in the sand will be waiting for you after any day of adventure to welcome you and offer a relaxing escape.

Amazing place to stay with amazing hosts

It was clean, comfy, and perfectly located. If anything, the description downplayed it!The hosts were wonderful and great at communicating! We will definitely be staying here again in the future if we can!

Queen Creek Home

Wonderful, homey, and everything we needed to use was there on site. Family lives nearby and were able to visit us. Peaceful on the golf course watching golfers, quail, and rabbits.

Great place to relax

We enjoyed our time at this house. Plenty of room and very clean. Everything you need in a kitchen to cook and grill. Close to shopping and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time! The backyard was our go to place 90% of the time. We really appreciated the new gas hook ups for the grill and fire table. The whole house was stocked so well with paper products and towels/linens. Would love to stay again if our plans allow.

Perfect place for our 3 month stay while our home was built. Owners are extremely responsive. We had everything we needed for a long stay. Wonderful location on a golf course with pools and lots of playgrounds available. Extremely comfortable beds (bought on of the same kinds for our new home) :) Thanks so much !!!!

Even better than advertised

This home looks even better than the picture. The location is wonderful and the home was really well stocked, fully anticipating all our needs and then some. I didn’t want to leave. Staying here sold me on moving to the community permanently. Then there’s the owner who couldn’t have been any better.

Comforts of home

We were very pleased with this home. Plenty of room. Backyard perfect for dogs and family enjoyment. Kitchen well stocked. Community pool was heated to 84 degrees. Hot tub felt great after a long drive. Home was clean. Shopping 1/2 mile away. We would stay here again for sure. Thank you Ray for being a great host.

Wonderful Golf Vacation Home

The home was perfect for 4 senor golfers on a week long golf trip to the Phoenix area. The four separate bedrooms provided comfortable sleep and nightly sanctuary from each others snoring. The house was very clean and well appointed with all we needed for cooking and getting our evening tv fix. The one level living was a bonus for tired legs after a day at the course. We also used the very nice community pool and spa. We very much enjoyed our week; great house, great golf, and great weather. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Ray!

Nice House with Good Amenities

House was as listed on VRBO. No suprises. Ray was very easy to communicate with. The fenced yard worked great for our dogs. Neighborhood is large with many sidewalks. We used the pickleball courts & pool.

Needs an update

Nice single story desert style home in a very walkable neighborhood close to many shopping conveniences. Nice fenced yard with astroturf-great for our two golden retrievers to play ball. Small galley style kitchen (tight spaces) missing a few essentials but plenty of plates, glasses and silverware, some pans. Place would be five-star with replacement of tired living room furniture, beds and bedding, including new towels and a thorough deep clean.

Great getaway

Just as pictures promised. We stayed for 4 weeks and enjoyed our stay. Three community pools to drive to, pickle ball, playgrounds, a pitch n putt, and lots of sidewalks to exercise on. Backs up to golf path. Grocery stores , fast food and restaurants nearby. About a 30 minute drive to Mesa and an hour down to Tucson. Well stocked with kitchen spices, paper products and soap supplies. Comfy beds and relaxing space to get away to. While it has 4 bedrooms there are only 2 bathrooms, and one is the master, but we only used 3 of them. Ray was great to communicate with and promptly answered any and all questions about the area and home.

DISSAPOINTED

We arrived and found out we could not put our vehicles in garage because there was a car in there. We were not told this before booking. There were no refunds. House was not clean. We found poop behind the sofa that I took picture of and sent to owner. He made no comment. I also cleaned up 4 bags of poop outside and took a picture and again no comment...

Dirty house - Totally misrepresented

Our family flew down here for a wedding expecting a nice, comfortable house for a few nights, and there were numerous issues we encountered immediately. The biggest issue overall is the lack of cleanliness, though it’s easier to list all of the issues, so here they are. ⁃ The main bathroom sink was completely clogged and does not drain, we have video proof if needed. (It will eventually clear after about 30-45 minutes, not great when you have multiple people using it.) ⁃ The dining room chairs are filthy, covered in stains, visible clumps of dust and crumbs. ⁃ The living room ceiling fan has visible chunks of dirt on all of the blades. ⁃ There are piles of hair and dust bunnies in at least one bedroom beside the bed. ⁃ The shower curtain in the main bathroom needs to be changed because brown/orange grime covers the bottom 12-14 inches. ⁃ One of the biggest shocks was that there was ZERO toilet paper in the house other than the 2 rolls on the holders. We looked everywhere, and had to borrow some from friends staying in another house, and then buy some. That was extremely disappointing as it is one of the most basic needs for anyone, regardless of the type of listing or situation, and is simply ridiculous that the house was not prepped for a basic need. ⁃ The TV is still set up as a floor model, so when we hooked up the hdmi cord to watch something, the ‘Adjusting Volume’ menu popped up every two minutes which blocked half the screen, and there was a continuous frame around the whole screen which moved constantly. ⁃ When we tried to turn on the tv, we discovered that 2 out of 3 remotes did not have batteries in them. (Of course, with no batteries in the house.) We eventually found a button on the TV, but we couldn’t control most of the options. ⁃ The microwave doesn’t work at all, you can’t even see the time. ⁃ The patio furniture is covered in spider webs and dirt, so they are also very dirty to sit on. ⁃ Less important, but the top of the fridge has not been wiped in months, if ever, and is covered in dust and grime. We would absolutely not recommend this house to anyone until the house gets a thorough deep clean and is properly stocked with essentials. To enter a home and feel grossed out when you should be making yourself comfortable is simply upsetting. To sum it up, it is overpriced, absolutely filthy, and was a major disappointment.

Lovely home

We truly enjoyed staying at the house. Every morning we had coffee on the patio and watched the wildlife, roadrunners, quail and bunnies. We also enjoyed watching the golfers. All in all, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Great Place!

Tash cans outside were half full. a lot of food left in the fridge, so was a little bit of a problem for space for what we brought. But was great otherwise .
