Hermosa casa de una planta en Johnson Ranch con campo de golf Vistas !!!

¿Por qué no disfrutar del cálido sol de Arizona en Y no Ranch en la comunidad hermosa y entretenida Johnson Ranch! Esta hermosa casa cuenta con cuatro dormitorios y dos baños, todos en una sola planta y puede alojar a ocho personas.  La suite principal está dividida, con un vestidor, ducha y bañera separada jardín, y una cama de matrimonio. La segunda, tercera, y cuarta habitaciones tienen camas tamaño queen para hacer su estancia cómoda y agradable. La isla de cocina está abierta a la familia y el comedor haciendo de este el espacio perfecto para disfrutar de la compañía de amigos y familiares. Se puede disfrutar de una noche de juegos o ver una película en un "Smart TV LED 55.

Nuestro patio parquizado con vistas al campo de golf y zona verde, haciendo de este el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de la puesta de sol tranquilo y echar un vistazo a uno de los muchos servicios de Johnson Ranch. No sólo se puede pasar el día en el campo de golf, pero esta comunidad también ofrece tres piscinas climatizadas, pistas de tenis y baloncesto, juegos infantiles, y para caminar / senderos para trotar.  En San Tan Valley, que está a poca distancia de todas las tiendas y el entretenimiento / instalaciones deportivas que el área de Phoenix tiene para ofrecer, así como todas las actividades al aire libre del Suroeste. Amazing place to stay with amazing hosts

It was clean, comfy, and perfectly located. If anything, the description downplayed it!The hosts were wonderful and great at communicating! We will definitely be staying here again in the future if we can!

Queen Creek Home

Wonderful, homey, and everything we needed to use was there on site. Family lives nearby and were able to visit us. Peaceful on the golf course watching golfers, quail, and rabbits.

DISSAPOINTED

We arrived and found out we could not put our vehicles in garage because there was a car in there. We were not told this before booking. There were no refunds. House was not clean. We found poop behind the sofa that I took picture of and sent to owner. He made no comment. I also cleaned up 4 bags of poop outside and took a picture and again no comment...

We had a wonderful time! The backyard was our go to place 90% of the time. We really appreciated the new gas hook ups for the grill and fire table. The whole house was stocked so well with paper products and towels/linens. Would love to stay again if our plans allow.

Nice House with Good Amenities

House was as listed on VRBO. No suprises. Ray was very easy to communicate with. The fenced yard worked great for our dogs. Neighborhood is large with many sidewalks. We used the pickleball courts & pool.

Comforts of home

We were very pleased with this home. Plenty of room. Backyard perfect for dogs and family enjoyment. Kitchen well stocked. Community pool was heated to 84 degrees. Hot tub felt great after a long drive. Home was clean. Shopping 1/2 mile away. We would stay here again for sure. Thank you Ray for being a great host.

Needs an update

Nice single story desert style home in a very walkable neighborhood close to many shopping conveniences. Nice fenced yard with astroturf-great for our two golden retrievers to play ball. Small galley style kitchen (tight spaces) missing a few essentials but plenty of plates, glasses and silverware, some pans. Place would be five-star with replacement of tired living room furniture, beds and bedding, including new towels and a thorough deep clean.

Dirty house - Totally misrepresented

Our family flew down here for a wedding expecting a nice, comfortable house for a few nights, and there were numerous issues we encountered immediately. The biggest issue overall is the lack of cleanliness, though it’s easier to list all of the issues, so here they are. ⁃ The main bathroom sink was completely clogged and does not drain, we have video proof if needed. (It will eventually clear after about 30-45 minutes, not great when you have multiple people using it.) ⁃ The dining room chairs are filthy, covered in stains, visible clumps of dust and crumbs. ⁃ The living room ceiling fan has visible chunks of dirt on all of the blades. ⁃ There are piles of hair and dust bunnies in at least one bedroom beside the bed. ⁃ The shower curtain in the main bathroom needs to be changed because brown/orange grime covers the bottom 12-14 inches. ⁃ One of the biggest shocks was that there was ZERO toilet paper in the house other than the 2 rolls on the holders. We looked everywhere, and had to borrow some from friends staying in another house, and then buy some. That was extremely disappointing as it is one of the most basic needs for anyone, regardless of the type of listing or situation, and is simply ridiculous that the house was not prepped for a basic need. ⁃ The TV is still set up as a floor model, so when we hooked up the hdmi cord to watch something, the ‘Adjusting Volume’ menu popped up every two minutes which blocked half the screen, and there was a continuous frame around the whole screen which moved constantly. ⁃ When we tried to turn on the tv, we discovered that 2 out of 3 remotes did not have batteries in them. (Of course, with no batteries in the house.) We eventually found a button on the TV, but we couldn’t control most of the options. ⁃ The microwave doesn’t work at all, you can’t even see the time. ⁃ The patio furniture is covered in spider webs and dirt, so they are also very dirty to sit on. ⁃ Less important, but the top of the fridge has not been wiped in months, if ever, and is covered in dust and grime. We would absolutely not recommend this house to anyone until the house gets a thorough deep clean and is properly stocked with essentials. To enter a home and feel grossed out when you should be making yourself comfortable is simply upsetting. To sum it up, it is overpriced, absolutely filthy, and was a major disappointment.

Lovely home

We truly enjoyed staying at the house. Every morning we had coffee on the patio and watched the wildlife, roadrunners, quail and bunnies. We also enjoyed watching the golfers. All in all, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Great getaway

Just as pictures promised. We stayed for 4 weeks and enjoyed our stay. Three community pools to drive to, pickle ball, playgrounds, a pitch n putt, and lots of sidewalks to exercise on. Backs up to golf path. Grocery stores , fast food and restaurants nearby. About a 30 minute drive to Mesa and an hour down to Tucson. Well stocked with kitchen spices, paper products and soap supplies. Comfy beds and relaxing space to get away to. While it has 4 bedrooms there are only 2 bathrooms, and one is the master, but we only used 3 of them. Ray was great to communicate with and promptly answered any and all questions about the area and home.

Christmas vacation

Wonderful place. I wish there were more pictures, the house is wonderful. Looking at it online, and then actually seeing in person we couldn’t of been happier. Had everything we needed, and would be glad to stay again on our next trip. Owners are wonderful, we accidentally packed the keys and they was kind enough to inlet us mail them to them. So nice, really enjoyed our stay!
