The main house is a spacious beach vacation home with pool, hot tub, pool-side cabana (with cable TV, radio and full size refrigerator, 4 stools), private outdoor living space with 2 tables and chairs (11 chairs, 4 Adirondack chairs, 3 lounge chairs) propane grill and second and third level decking to enjoy the warmth of the sun, ocean views and never-ending sounds of the ocean, provides the perfect escape for that book you’ve been meaning to read. This vacation home is ideal for spending time with your family during summer vacations, a family home for the holidays so that your loved ones can share quality time and create life-time memories, planning your wedding on the beach, as a summer weekly vacation home, a winter monthly or seasonal home, personal retreats or business training/conferences, as there are 4 full size bathrooms for your privacy. There are 6 very nice sized bedrooms, 5 in the main house and 1 in the guest cottage. In the main house there are three bedrooms with queen size beds, the other two fun bedrooms have bunk beds; two sets of bunk beds in the green room and one bunk bed in the orange room. There is Cable TV in the living room of the main house and guest house and all bedrooms in both houses have Cable TV. The green bunk bed room also has a DVD player for your children's enjoyment. Our master bathroom is equipped with a hot tub, shower and large sink countertop and private toileting area. There is a washer and dryer in the main house on the second floor. Our kitchen is beautifully remodeled with white cabinets, plenty of black granite countertop space, granite island countertop, full size oven, pantry closet and all the amenities of home (dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, utensils, dishes, serving trays, pans, baking pans). The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room and living room allows your family/guests to share stories and enjoy each other’s laughter.
The guest cottage (sleeps 6) with an entrance that opens onto the pool deck, has a private bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room (both areas with Cable TV), kitchenette (with full size refrigerator), eating area and full size bathroom. The guest cottage has a sofa bed in the living room, with the addition of a day bed and pop-up bed. All of our bedrooms have comfortable and inviting linens, bureaus and/or dressers.
