After a less than expected first impression, the stay was good. Upon arrival, garage door had rust along all the edges of the panels. Also patio around the pool was littered with leaves and sand. I spent about 45 minutes sweeping it up.

Hi Al, Thank you for the review. I apologize about the pool areas, but the check in was on the heels of a storm. It is the last house before the refuge so ther are alot of trees to the west side of the house. We have talked to the owner about installing a blower to help control this a little better! The front Garage Door Panels are showing some age but it's to be expected in a salty environment. Thanks so much for staying with us- I am glad you loved Sandbridge, the home itself, and your week at the beach!

This house was perfect for our family to stay. There is some wear and tear but that is to be expected. All amenities worked and what we needed was there. The pool was the best asset! Clean and refreshing. 5 minute walk to the beach! We were able to see porpoises jumping in the water. Loved it!
