Location was perfect. Apartment was very comfortable and quiet. Beds were very comfortable and theHost was responsive. To improve the rental, please ensure that complete sets of towels and washcloths are available. The unit needed some cleaning in the bathrooms. Lastly, please inform guests ahead of time that this is an unsanctioned rental and the limitations that come with choosing this apartment. We felt on edge several times when we entering the building when encountering front desk staff. We paid it cool but this was an extra layer of caution we were unaware of.

this property is great! We never heard any noise from the adjoining apartments The location is excellent and easily walkable to theatre, groceries and restaurants. Beware of additional charges for checking in after 8pm that increase the later it is. Beware of the charges for ANY late check out.

Fantastic!

Location, and views are absolutely fantastic! Close to everything and great food nearby. Although the unit could use a deep clean, overall we were extremely happy with the place and would definitely recommend!!

Great Location!

Apartment is exactly as pictured. Great location and nice building. Check in was well communicated with the housekeeper. Could use more towels and washcloths and a toilet paper upgrade (saw this in other reviews and didn’t think about it but it is super thin). Maybe a blackout shade in one of the bedrooms would be nice for smaller children (?). Otherwise a great overall stay. Thank you!

Just be aware, this is an unauthorized apartment rental. We knew this going in, but the level of having to hide it (don’t show doorman texts, lie to doorman, etc) is more than we were led to believe. If you aren’t comfortable with these types of situations, I would go elsewhere. For what the apartment cost, it is not in great shape. Blinds are bad, not very clean overall, showers put out dirty water on and off sometimes.

Great location

We had the best weekend staying at this apartment. It was walkable to all the theaters which was so convenient. The Mexican place across the way was so good and the deli right outside the front door was amazing. The check in was confusing as you meet the housekeeper for the key but once we connected all was good. We had a small problem with the door lock and got a response immediately. Overall great communication and location was a 10! The extra space as opposed to a small New York hotel was so helpful and being on the 39th floor the noise outside was very minimal .. a few things they could work onA- the air in the living room was not great but the bedroom air units worked amazing. B- they did not have many towels at all and no washcloths. C- some blackout drapes would go along way for anyone who wanted to sleep in or help keep the place cool on sunny days. The sun shines very bright in those big windows. Overall a great place and a lot of space for the price that’s hard to find in NY. Would def stay again. Added a pic of the amazing view!!

Great location

As far as location, you really could not beat it. We were able to walk just about everywhere and we did all the things New York! “Wicked” is literally right across the street. Any show you want to see is within walking distance. There is a great bakery right next door and a grocery store right around the corner. Many restaurants within a 5 min walk also. The unit was ok. The views were the best part! The unit is very basic. Bathrooms and kitchen were just ok, a bit dated. The furniture in the living room was a bit small and uncomfortable and there were some stains. Towels were hard and not great. Found the beds and mattresses to be very firm and uncomfortable also.We weren’t in the unit much so it wasn’t that big of a deal. I would stay here again just for the location! The check in is a bit worrisome, you will meet someone at a corner a block away and they will bring you in the service door. It ended up being fine but it will sound shady when you get the check in instructions.

Great Location

Location is amazing - in the middle of everythingt, and offers privacy (being so high up) and security in a beautiful building. The unit is an open floor plan with spacious bedrooms and amazing views!

Location location location

The location is absolutely great (Theater District). Close to the most common places you will visit and on top a lot of subway entrances very close by.The apartment in itself is in good shape, some minor things but nothing major. The view is awesome.

Not a legit VRBO

The renter is illegally renting this VRBO out of a Manhattan apartment building. While we were there an eviction notice was stuck to the door and a notice to turn off the electricity. We were lucky that all happened at the end of our stay, or things could have been a lot worse.

Super Convenient

We had an overall excellent experience with this VRBO experience. The accuracy of the listing was completely accurate. The bed was very firm and I didn’t think I would like it but it was perfect to sleep on. The view was beautiful and breathtaking. The check in was different but easy.

Great stay in NYC

I cannot say enough about the location! Quick walk to Times Square, Central Park, Columbus circle, etc. High enough up so you don’t hear much noise but steps away from everything! The place was clean and just as advertised. You need to meet someone to check in which is an added layer of coordination but it was ok. Host was responsive. Checkout is super easy

Manhattan stay

Overall the place was large and spacious and in a great location. The one thing that could be improved is the quality of the bath towels which were old and worn and there were no hand towels in the kitchen. Nicer towels, better quality toilet paper would make a difference.

Amazing theater district location

The apartment is high and on a corner so the view was amazing. We could see the Hudson River, Times Square lights and the sunset.
